Out of all my high school friends, only one has gone away for college. We miss him alot! For christmas my friends and I are making him a scrapbook and I wrote this poem to put at the begining. Please tell me what you think! Thank you! :

Don't Forget

All though you've gone away,

We are here to stay

Make all the new friends you want

As long as you remember us;

We won't be jealous or unkind

We knew you before you became so great

Loved you before you grew so talented

We saw you at your worst, your best, not to mention your goofiest

We supported you in everything you did

And talked to you when you made us worry

We've celebrated birthdays, and summers together;

With smores and campfires and sports

We've never missed a beat

Even with sorrows and drama thrown our way

Through heartbreak and happiness

We saw each other strong

In climbing the ladder of success

You have climbed the fastest

Perhaps we are more afraid of falling

But that makes you even more precious

You can keep climbing

And we will be there every step of the way

Don't forget all the time we've spent together

WE are here and never leaving you

We love you and miss you dearly
