IT was night before Christmas here in ever after high. The halls were beautifully decorated with decorations, from bells to mistletoes at every door way. Outside a Christmas party was being held thanks to yours truly briar Beauty. Everyone was laughing and having fun, this was the one of the only times in the year when rebels and royals actually got along. However among this mist of happiness, a lonely raven stood next to the refreshment table laughing to herself at maddie's craziness slowing consuming her or maybe it was the sugar? She was to wrap up in, own thoughts she didn't notice a pair of arms wrap around her. Only when she her a voice whispered in her ear

"Hey angel in the snow
I'm under the mistletoe
you are the one you're my very own Christmas love"

Raven look up and true to her word the mistletoe was right above them.

"And here I thought you were not coming" she said to her lover. Who currently was nuzzling her neck.

"Anything for you princess" said cerise looking up from raven's neck.

"Now I do recall the mistletoe tradition do you" cerise replied with a smirk.

Raven equal smile back "of course I do come here you wolf"

She kisses her, and then a crash was heard. Quickly Cerise pushed raven be hide her and stood in a protective stance. But only to but face with a shock and possible broken hearted prince Dexter who had dropped a glass cup

"Oh I ….I raven um got go" he said running back into the crowd. Cerise slowly stood start scanning the area for any danger, before facing raven.

"You think he's all right" she asks her girlfriend who at the moment was unsure what to do.

"I don't think so, thought he was with cupid" she said.

"Well then how about you go and talk to him"

"I guess I'll see you" Said raven hearing the disappointment in cerise voice. But she knew she was right. After spending 3 minutes asking around for Dexter she finally found him near the balcony of the school.

"Hey um Dexter you all right" she asked unsure of what to say. And was faced with Dexter turning around with a bit of tears in his eyes "WHY HER"! He yelled

"Dexter I-"

"AM I NOT ENOUGH OF A GUY!" he yelled at her. Now raven started to feel a bit scared, sure she had people scream at her hell even her own girlfriend. But never at a tone this high or this angry.

"Dex your sca-"

Dexter was about to yell again till his face was hit with a solid punch. A low and aggressive growl was heard

"Speak to her again like that and I'll skin you boy" said cerise, who came after hearing the first of Dexter's outburst.

Raven felt safer. Dexter stood up slowly rubbing his numb jaw.

"Sorry, I just can't understand why cerise and not me" he said

"Well it's because she's brave, daring, protective, cute, strong and nice" said raven

"I am most of those things too" he replied

"Yes you are, but" she went closer to Dexter's ear "you do not have boobs"

With that she left Dexter blushing red and moved towards her knight or in this case wolf in shining armor.

"Let's go I have your gift in the dorm" raven said with a sly grin. Cerise puzzled be her girlfriends action replied "but I'm hunger" she started to pouted.

"Well I'm open 24/7"

With that no one saw Raven or Cerise for the rest of the night.
