Midnight Whispers27609

Hello again! Here is Questions and Answers, a sequel to Infectious. Hope you like it! These are stories I have wrote prior to ever getting this account, but these are my first fanfics, so don't judge harshly.

Jinx POV

"Hiya!" Kid Flash grinned, earning a growl from Jinx.

"Leave me alone!" she needed silence. Her hair was down, she was out of uniform, and on top of that, she was lounging in a coffee shop (of all places)!

"Hold on, hold on," the carrot-topped hero zoomed forward until he was right in front of her, a pleading expression spreading across his features. "I need to ask you some questions."

Her pink, cat-like eyes regarded him suspiciously. After a long pause, "Alright. You got two minutes, or I'll introduce you to my right hook."

"Okay!" Kid Flash seemed unfazed by her response, and his cocky smile returned. "First question: what was your real name?"

She blinked. Once. Twice. This was not what she was expecting.

"Real name…" she echoed, unsure of what to say. "Sam…S-Samantha." The corners of her mouth turned up as she remembered. The past. "Samantha Reynolds." She met his gaze, a spark in her eyes.

"Samantha?" he inquired, his sapphire eyes meeting her fuchsia. Colors clashed. "That's a pretty name."

"I… guess…" She was currently at loss for words.

"Question Number Two!" Kid Flash's funny demeanor resurfaced, wiggling two fingers in front of her eyes. "What color was your hair?"

This time, she was somewhat ready.

"Brown," she replied, twirling the ends of her pink hair with her fingers. A ghost of a smile. "Really dark brown."

"You'd look nice with brown hair," he said, causing an angry blush. "Number Three: eyes?"

"Silver." And that was that.

He nodded, as if he could imagine her as a totally different character.

"4th:" he wiggled his eyes dramatically. "Best friend?"

". . . Lola," she said no more after a while, looking down at her hand. "Even though I was- I am a monster." A tear slipped down her cheek, resting on her hand.

"What happened?"

"She disappeared," another tear. "And never came back." A flood.

"Hey now," he cupped her cheeks, pressing his forehead to hers. "It wasn't your fault."

For a long time, she cried, and he stayed.

But she would stop. Because of him.

Argh, I keep making Jinx a crybaby. *Face palms* gotta stop, got to stop. Anyway, I'd really appreciate constructive criticism, and new ideas.

R&R,

Middie
