AN: Alright, so this is based on a scene in The Big Bang of season five. R&R!

"Ah! London!" The Doctor said cheerfully. "How's your mum doing, Amy?"
"Oh, she's fine." Amy answered. Rory turned and gave her look without for a second letting go of her hand. "She's insanely worried for no reason."
"No reason?" Rory protested. "We're running around the universe with a mad doctor, no offence meant, fighting bad guys."
"None taken, I am mad..." The Doctor said as they approached a hat store on the block they were on.
That's when the Doctor saw it, just sitting in the hat store's window. He had to have it and knowing Amy she'd never let him. He did the only reasonable thing he could have done, he ran into the store saying to the two that: "he knew the owner and just wanted to say hi". They waited for ten minutes, then twenty, half an hour, an hour. There was a noise behind them. They both turned to see the friendly doors of the TARDIS.
"Doctor?" Amy called opening the door.
"In my closet." He answered. "I'll be out in a minute and then we'll leave."
"Alright." Rory called.
The Doctor emerged a few moments later and started the TARDIS. They began to leave, but something just wasn't right. The TARDIS began to shake like it does sometimes while traveling and that's when Amy saw it fall off his head. It was a bright red fez. They landed and the doctor picked up the fez and put it back on. He caught Amy and Rory staring at it.
"Fezzes are cool!" The Doctor shrugged.
"I hate hat stores." Amy muttered. Rory just laughed.
