In the silence of the night, a soft pawsteps could be heared. His tail slowly waging as his nose guided his closed eyes, following that delicious aroma of fresh meat. His paws, now dirty of mud, stoped when the smell was too strong. Then, he opened his eyes for the first time since he fell asleep, hoping to find a tasty piece of meat, but finding instead the large creature who was casting a shadow upon him. It was too late.

"Oh my godness, son!" his mother cryed "what happened to you?!"
"Uh, mom" he woke up, feeling a deep pain "what do you mean?" He looked around to see the big blood puddle he was lying in. He was covered in blood as well "What? What is this?"
All his brothers and sister were around him. He slept on the doorway of the barn. Behind were some little blood pawsprint that came from the forest.
From the house, he could see Roger and Annita running towards him, followed by his father, Pongo.
"Rolly!" they took him and carried him back to the house.

"Rolly! Dude, what happened to you at night!" Lucky screamed from outside the window.
Rolly, who was now in the vet, looked at him with wizzy eyes.
"I don't know, you guys, I don't remember anything from this night"
"You do-do-don't remember anything at all? Somebody attacking you or something?" asked Spot
"It looked like you were running away from... something" said Cadpig
"Well, I DO remember something"Rolly scratched his head as memories came to him "there was this smell, like a delicious piece of meat, and then a big shadow"
"A big shadow? what do you mean?" Lucky was curious
"You... didn't get to see who that shadow belonged to, right?" More than curiosity, everything Spot was feeling was fear
"nu-hu, It was too dark to see anything. But it was huge!"
"It was huge?!" the chicken jumped in suprise and fell
The veterinarian came and they jumped out the window
"We gotta find who did this to Rolly"
"I-i don't know about this"
"Come on! We gotta find it and give it what it deserves for doing this to our brother!"
"Bu-bu-but are you not seeing this?! Those teeth marks are as big as him!We can't fight a creature like that"
