The Enforcers

They were the Enforcers. But they were all different.

One was the leader.

One was the follower.

One was the lone rider.

One was the jokester.

They were the Enforcers. They had all known each other.

They had fought together.

They had lived together.

They had all fought for one reason.

They had all been signers.

They were the Enforcers. They had all been hurt.

One by the heart.

One by the mind.

One by the thought of others harmed.

One had hurt others by betrayal.

They were the Enforcers. They had been invincible.

They were unstoppable.

They were the guardians of the innocent.

They were a team, unseperable.

Except from themselves.

They were the Enforcers. But they had all gone different ways.

One off the deep end.

One for the sake of fame and fortune.

One for the normality.

One for the justice.

They were the Enforcers. They had all been one.

Until one day things went terribly wrong.

People got hurt.

People had changed.

People were not the same.

They were the Enforcers. They were changed.

And that's how the Enforcers,

never remained.

I don't really know what this is. It was just going through my head.
