Sister Sojourn Ghost

"Minako-chan?" Makoto softly asked. She peeked over her shoulder so she would watch the blonde girl shelve some booster packs of a card game she bought earlier that day.

Just say it!

"Minako-chan... I... I like you, Minako-chan."

Minako paused and turned around, giving the brunette one of her famous smiles. "Thank you, Mako-chan. I like you, too." She smiled again and returned her attention to the shelving.

Makoto tensed in frustration, her fists clenching and eventually releasing themselves.

SAY IT!!!

"No, Minako-chan. I LIKE you, the other kind of like. It's love, Minako."

Minako paused once again and finally turned around, giving Makoto her complete and full attention. Seeing that she had it, the soldier of Jupiter turned her foot and made her way around the counter, standing straight so that she and the Senshi of Venus were eye-to-eye.

"Minako... I -love you."

"... Mako-chan?"

Makoto stared into Minako's eyes for a long moment and then slowly leaned forward, gently pressing her lips against the princess of Venus's in a chaste kiss. She quickly pulled back after a few seconds, staring up at the sapphire-eyed teenager with an expression close to adoration.

"Makoto..." Minako gently said.

Blood has been spilt many times when the Senshi would fight off their enemies, to prevent any destruction towards Crystal Tokyo and its heirs to the throne. There was so much blood, glistening on their impure bodies and willful souls, struggling to see the light of day and the aura of the Moon. Love has conquered both hearts and souls, and it has caused so much suffering on the inside.

Minako could never love, seeing as she was the Senshi of Venus, one who protects love but can never fall in love. She was a child of light, as they say. Even a child of light can be consumed by the darkness, set by mindless deeds and harsh words drenched in the bitterest of poisons. It was hopeless for her; until one green-eyed girl, whom was close to her, said that she had loved her. It was then that she realized that she was free of the curse if someone would love her first.

Makoto, the daughter of lightning, found that she was confused. She found herself in love with one who would never love, but it was possible to still have affection for her. Bittersweet as it was, she was lost indeed to the worst fate. Having a love unrequited, on the other hand, she would always tell her about the forbidden feelings. She saw the beauty within the blue-eyed girl, and the inner loneliness they shared as well. Therefore, they would fall in love easier than she expected.

Green and blue would always be opposites, but in affection and the tenderness of care, bloodloss and burning desire combine to make something even more beautiful between them.
