Disclaimer: I don't own Prince of Tennis. If I did, this would all be happening in the series.

Author's Note: I just wanted to get to another side of Tomoka, one that no one would have ever saw in her. I don't think she can be always loud, always happy. So this is my story. If you don't like it, that's fine. Don't be rude. Thank you. Also, this is my first story. I've only ever reviewed before, and if you think anything should be changed or added, please tell me.

Tomoka walked into her school. She sighed and looked around. She smiled as she saw her best friend, Sakuno up ahead. She grinned a little and bounded over to her, yelling out, "Good morning, Sakuno!"

Sakuno turned around, ready to greet her best friend, when she yelled, "Tomoka! What happened?"

Tomoka looked down, unhappy that Sakuno could tell the bruises, even after she had tried so hard to cover them up with her mother's foundation. She said, "Nothing Sakuno. I just fell down the stairs. You wonder why I'm not on the tennis team! I'm so clumsy." She laughed a little and said, "Well, let's get going, okay? We're going to be late for school." They both headed into their classroom, Sakuno still looking worriedly at Tomoka. (A.N. I'm sorry, I really don't remember if Tomoka is on the tennis team, so if you could please tell me that would be great.)

Author's Note 2: Okay, this is just a preview, so the others will be better. I hope you all liked it, and please read and review. I would love to take any and all ideas. I am making this up as I go, and I don't usually get on the computer, so please be patient. Thank you! Also, I haven't really watched a lot of the series, because stupid Cartoon Network took it down. I'm trying to watch a lot, but if you want to tell me anything, please feel free. Also, I'm not all that good at spotting mistakes, so if anyone would like to help, just ask. This might or might not be a romance.
