Just a scene that popped up in my head. Might turn it into a story if I get enough reviews but only after I finish the other two HP fics I have on the go. Anyway I hope you like it. Please leave a review!

p.s J.K. Rolwing owns Harry Potter

He reached out his hand to hold hers and examine the engagement ring. Power washed through her and made her breath catch in the back of her throat. It was all encompassing and all consuming. Her mind felt weak yet empowered. In that moment she knew she belonged and Rodolphus was the way to get here. Closer to him. her heart was thundering in her chest as the possibilities swirled in her mind. To be the first female Death Eater. There could be nothing more glorious.

To be the first… but that wasn't enough. She wanted him to trust and value her more than the others. She wanted to be his best and only lieutenant. There was nothing she wanted more than to be stood by his side as he took control of the wizarding world and rid it of filth. When he was in control the natural order would be restored and she, she alone would stand by his side as almost an equal for no one could equal him. She'd be the only one he held in true value and have the gift of his complete trust.

But how to make it possible?

Now just the thought of marrying Rodolphus Lestrange sickened her but it was the only way to get close to him. It was an ordeal she would endure. She'd fuck him and then leave him. But only when she had her prize. And she would get it. She'd kill for it even if it we her own father she had to dispose of. She'd befriend the other Death Eaters, carry out tasks they dare not do. And if she didn't come back… Well she would have died serving her master and furthering his good cause.

He was walking away now to talk with Lucius. Already the absence of his immense power was painful. Already she needed it like a drug. She pitched herself forward as if to take a step towards him but her husband-to-be's hand caught her arm and kept her in her place.

She pulled her arm out of his grip already disgusted with him. But it was the only way. She already had the Dark Lord's approval but she knew that the only way she would see him again to prove her worth as an individual was if she came back time and time again with this man and then take the first opportunity that arose. The would, of course, only happen once she was married. Another hardship she had to endure, but for him it was worth it. Anything was worth it. She'd pay any price. Give her own life time and time again if it were possible.

As Rodolphus pulled her away the memory of his power flooded back to her as if calling. It was almost as if he could sense her desire to prove herself to him and he was more than willing to give her the chance she so coveted.
