Besides Elizabeth's lookalike appearance with Bellatrix there was other things that was concerned. The one that always set chills down Molly's spine was her laughter which came out like a shriek that caused her cousins to join in because it was contagious, but it was a lingering reminder of who Elizabeth constantly reminds her of. The laughter always takes her back to the Battle of Hogwarts. You should get off your feet more! and How is little Freddie, Still not with us? echoed in Molly's head and she couldn't help but snap at Elizabeth. Her cousins was startled by Molly's outburst, and instead of Elizabeth joining in with the shock she narrowed her eyes at the older woman. The last time Molly had ever seen that look was when she was battling Bellatrix, when the woman realized that Molly was serious in dueling her. Elizabeth surprised her cousins and Molly even farther by getting up and storming out the room.
