I woke up thinking how life would be if I weren't a wizard. It would probably be better because I wouldn't have to hide a secret from everyone. As I got up, I stepped in something gross and slimy. It was a cucumber with mayo all over it. Must have been my younger brother Max's experiment. As I walked downstairs to get something to eat, I told Max, "Stop leaving cucumbers and mayo on my floor." Max looked at me like I was crazy. Max responded, "I didn't put cucumbers and mayo on your floor." My older brother Justin came downstairs laughing. He told me, "That was me!" I said back, "Justin you never play pranks!" Justin responded, "I do on April Fools Day!" I forgot about April Fools Day. I had a plan. I arrived at school and went inside to see my super crush Dean. I planned to ask him out on a date. So I asked him, he responded, "Uh... No russo!" I knew this was going to happen. So I told him, "Its April Fools Day!" I started giggling. He didn't look happy! So, when I got to class, I teased Ms. Harold, "Your shirt is so last year!" Ms. Harold asked me, "Want to go to dentetion Ms. Russo?" I told her, "Its April Fools Day!" She frowned at me. As class was over, I was talking to my best friend Harper. As I turned around and saw this CUTE boy. I thought to myself... I was glad Dean didn't say yes. As I grabbed my bag and went to my next class, I was surprised to see the cute boy sitting next to me. The teacher wasn't in the classroom yet. So, I asked the boy, "Whats your name?" He answered, "Nick Jonas whats yours?" I told him, "Alex Russo! Are you new?" As the teacher walked in the classroom, he handed me a note with his name and phone number. Could this mean something?
