Couple of the year?
It was the last week if school, senior year, or at least it was for Shizuo Hewaijima. He walked down the hall hands buried deep in his pockets as he lazily drifted from left to right. He sighed as the loud speaker sounded.
"All senior year students! Today is the last day for any additional pictures in the school yearbook. That is all." And with that the principals loud voice was gone.
His day went by slowly, very, very slowly. He stared at the board seventh period thinking how long could the day be. It was killing him that the flea was sitting right next to him and he couldn't interrupt the stupid class.
"Hey man!" Shinra leaned on his desk as the bell rang.
"Hey." Shizuo sighed.
The two walked down the hall chatting aimlessly. When the loud speaker sounded again.
"This is another reminder for the yearbook." The loudspeaker repeated the message from earlier.
"You want anymore pictures in the yearbook?" Shinra asked the taller blonde.
"No." He spoke flatly.
"One is enough, I could do without that one come to think of it." he finished and continued walking.
"Oh? Senior year is a big thing you know." Shinra smiled.
"I don't care." The blonde sighed at the comment; his eyes narrowed when he looked ahead. Izaya was leaning against the wall smirking in the blondes direction.
"Shizu-chan~" The Burnet was cut off by the taller males yell.
"IZZZAAAAYYYAA!" He yelled charging towards him. The crimson eyes widened.
"No wait!" He tried to warn the taller male it was to late Shizuo collided with the smaller and now they were on the floor.
"Say cheese." A female voice spoke before.
"Wha?" Shizuo looked up to where the drooling schoolgirl was standing with a camera. She smirked and ran down the hall.
"Nice." Izaya spoke dryly. He shoved the taller male off and got up to wipe. himself off.
"What the hell?" Shizuo was still confused. Why did she take that picture? Izaya rolled his eyes and walked away, Shizuo didn't even run after him.
-The last day of school.-
"Oh my god." Shinra spoke face turning pale staring down at the page in front of him. The yearbooks had just been handed out and Shinra was flipping through the pages calmly until he came across a picture.
"What?" Shizuo asked making to grab the book but it was quickly pulled away by Shinra.
"Nothing!" The brunet defended clutching the book tightly to his chest.
Shizuo was not convinced.
"Give it!" He snatched it quickly grabbing it into his hands leaving Shinra to panic.
"WHAT!" The blonde yelled throwing the book at the wall angrily. Just then Izaya walked through the doorway.
"What's this?" the brunet picked up the abused book. The book was opened to the page that told the couple of the year.
Izaya's eyes widened; he could only do his best to smirk.
"Uh...So, we're going out now Shizu-chan?" He smirked at the picture of the two lying on the floor looking in the direction of the camera.
"IZAAYAAA!" The blonde screamed dashing towards the brunet who had already taken off down the hall. Shinra picked up the book again staring down at the picture.
"I saw it coming." He smirked and set the book down to go track down his maniac of a friend.
