Iemitsu Sawada was in a situation, one that he honestly did not know how to handle. His wife, Nana Sawada had a child. Not his child, and not her child, but a child that she picked up on the street. In Italy. Apparently, Nana came to surprise him at work and along the way found a 3 year old child, a little boy who was so adorable and cute that he looked like a girl. Nana wanted to keep him A.K.A adopt him and take him back home to Japan with her.
Now he didn't have a problem with the keeping child. The little boy would keep his lovely wife from getting lonely. No, it was that he was in the mafia. And he wasn't an ordinary mafisio either. He was the boss of the CEDEF, a branch of the Vongola Family. He didn't want to put this boy, a mere child in danger. But as he looked at the child closer he realizes that isn't possible. Because the child looked like a kid version of Vongola Primo, known as Giotto or Ieyasu Sawada.
He agrees with his beautiful wife and adopts the child, now known as Tsunayoshi Sawada. But a few blocks away two brothers, identical twins are searching frantically for there little brother, their capital.
