A/N: This is a little part of TVDAU where Bennett coven lead by young prodigy, Bonnie Bennett crosses paths with the Armory and its boss, Lorenzo St. John. It was created in one hour thanks to writeworld (from tumblr) and one of their posts. I'm not quite sure if it would stay just this one drabble or change into something else (my track record of such projects is really bad).
Enjoy!
They lost contact with Lucy.
She went on one of her lonesome trips as always, and at the beginning it was nothing to be worried about. Just typical Lucy Bennett situation. Quick few days trip to handle some more or less personal business. But then Bonnie felt some disturbance. Something was off. So she checked in with all the members of the coven. They were all fine, except Lucy whose phone sent her straight to the voice mail. In the afternoon of the second day of silence there was no discussion, locator spell was in order.
Candle alight, droplets of her blood already on the map Bonnie started Latin incantation closing eyes. But when two minutes later she snapped them open, the drops were up in the air not moving anywhere. "What the...", the head of the Bennett coven cursed under her nose, she's never before witnessed such thing.

"You really thought it'd be good idea to draw the Bennett to us?", his voice was laced with annoyance as he was facing the younger of his cousins. And Yvette only nodded. "How? May enlighten us?"
"We need Bennett to unlock the vault."
"That's correct, my lil' cous' but do we know what's in there?" This time she shook her head. "Exactly. So why would we want to open it, hmm?" He rubbed the forehead as if having exceptionally hard headache and sighed. "Leave." The girl left throwing daggers at him and her silently standing sister. "Please tell me that she's at least tamed somewhere safe."
"She's sedated in the cell no. 34", olive-skinned woman to his left answered smoothly. Sometimes he thought if Alexandria St. John was immune to any human emotions because even he couldn't talk so indifferently about their 'conquests'. Well, at least he could trust she wouldn't do something so irrational like her sibling pulled just now.
"Great." it was too much, he need some stronger drink and maybe some B Rh- too, as he had some planning to do. "Keep her that way."

She checked everywhere. In any grimoire possessed by the witches of the coven and the only explanation she could have come up with was that somebody was blocking her magic (or any magic) from locating her cousin. Even if she didn't rule out the worst scenario, she would have located the body. The real question though was who can be powerful enough to block the Bennett magic.
The answer to it she gained after more thorough research and paying visit to Gloria, the old friend of her lately departed Grams, in Chicago. The, so called, Armory. Or as she understood, some kind of family business focusing, unfortunately, on preventing the supernatural activity. Ironic not lost on her, as the leader of this little squad was one hundred forty years old Lorenzo St. John. A vampire.
So now two things were certain: if they got Lucy, it was no good news, and the Lorenzo guy, oh, he would meet his match in her.
