Prologue –
Once upon a time, there lived a young would-be king with a compassionate heart. With his compassionate heart, the boy cared for as many abused Pokémon as he could, and dedicated his life to finding a way to help those that he couldn't. He was truly of noble heart and innocent spirit, but he was just as abused as those in his care…
Once upon a time, there lived another young boy of not so noble status. He was an orphan, but his heart was no less pure than that of the child-king. The poor boy was homeless; he lived on the streets and stole what he needed to survive. Despite the hardships of his life, he was a good and kind boy, though the years had taught him wisdom beyond his age. No suffering of body could ever make him resent his life…
Once upon a time, fate decided to bring these two boys together. One would prove himself to be the other's salvation, and one would prove himself to be the other's demise. When one being splits into two, two hearts must become one to save Unova from destruction. But will they be strong enough to save each other? Only fate will tell…
Thank you oh so much for reading! As I mentioned earlier, this is going to be an Isshushipping fic, but I'll also be adding a little Harmoniashipping (Ghetsis X N). I notice that most of the best Isshushipping fics have Harmoniashipping in them, even though I personally don't like Harmoniashipping. So I'll keep Harmoniashipping themes to a minimum. The rating will probably be either T or M, I'm still not that comfortable with writing yaoi (Still at that blushing and giggling stage whenever it gets to be more than kissing, if you know what I mean, but I'll try my best! Just say so now if you want to see a lemon!). Please review! I will not be writing this story or posting it until I get some feedback. It's not worth the time unless someone's going to read it, you know. ;) Thanks again! :D I'd also appreciate hearing some critizism on the prologue, if anyone wants to offer any.
