This is just a silly cracky piece that popped into my mind and I couldn't help myself! If you know what Hamilton is, you will probably see how this is amusing, but even if you don't, it's still funny. This is my first fanfiction so be nice, please. I do not own Sherlock or its characters but God, do I wish I did. Thank you for reading and goodbye!

They were all in the sitting room of 221B just enjoying each other's presence in silence. Or in Sherlock's case, tolerating everyone's presence while grumbling to himself every once in a while. Molly finally broke the silence. "So I'm going to get to go see that Broadway play I've been wanting to see! It turns out Sherlock's mum has also been wanting to see it so we're going together."

As soon as Molly had mentioned Broadway, Sherlock's ears had been perked up and were listening. He had a… vested interest of sorts in the subject at hand.

Mary smiled brightly, "Which play, Molly?"

Molly got an excited glint in her eye. "It's very popular right now. It's called Hamilton."

Sherlock jumped up suddenly and surprised everyone with what he said next. "Oh yes, Molly! You're going to love it! There's this one scene that no one knows about unless they've seen it performed live. It's brilliant!"

Molly looked intrigued while Mary looked slightly amused. John just sat in his seat in shock. Finally, he spoke, "Sherlock, did you just- I'm sorry, I could've sworn you just fangirled over a play about an American founding father."

"I did not fangirl!" Sherlock protested. His bottom lip stuck out in a pout. "I simply like the musical. Is there something wrong with that, John?" The tone Sherlock used on his name reminded John that Sherlock knew a certain secret about a play that he liked and therefore decided to not press the matter. However, Molly had no such qualms. "No, Sherlock. That was definitely fangirling. But I don't understand. You hate America. And this musical has hip-hop and rap in it. Not really your usual style, is it?"

Sherlock scowled at her. "I simply think the idea of creating a musical that teaches people facts about history while also making it interesting for younger people is a wonderful idea. I do not fangirl." He spat out the last word like it was poison, making everyone burst into laughter.

When they settled down, Mary spoke, "So have you seen it, Sherlock?"

"Maybe…" Mary gave him a look. "Okay, fine, yes, I have. I saw it with Mummy last year. She forced me into it. I listened to it beforehand to see what I was getting myself into and was pleasantly surprised." Mary's grin had been getting bigger and bigger while he was talking and by the end, it went from ear to ear.

"Will you tell me what the scene is?" Molly asked. Sherlock's nose scrunched up in confusion. "What scene?"

"The one you don't know about unless you've seen it live. What happens?"

Sherlock started grinning, "Ah ah ah, I couldn't tell you that. Can't ruin the element of surprise!"

Molly smiled wryly, "Fine. I suppose I would rather be surprised anyway."

"Yes. Yes, you would."

John had been silently laughing through all of this but now spoke up, even if he might have to pay for it later. "But Sherlock honestly, that was definitely fangirling."

Sherlock pretended to look contemplative. "Well now, John. If you really really think that… I caught John fangirling over Wicked!"
