This is just a preview I wrote up last night at about 2 AM for my Emily Prentiss returns story. I'm splitting it into a trilogy (a la Lord of the Rings), and will be posting the first chapter of the first installment shortly. I'm either going to rate the series either T or M, mostly for character death (Sorry), and major whumpage of a main character (Can you guess who?).

A lone figure walks down an empty street…
Ian Doyle: "…I think you know that reason…"
JJ dashes into Hotch's office with a folder in her hands. Doyle's back, she says tersely.
Ian Doyle: …And now, you are going to tell me exactly what I want to hear.
**Three Days Grace- Get Out Alive starts playing**
Reid glares darkly. They will never stop hunting you, he hisses.
A hooded figure enters the conference room. Hotch stares at the person for a moment before nodding…
Reid: "I swear to God, they will find you…"
Ian Doyle: Where is she? I know you know!
Garcia: Why are we keeping all these secrets?
Reid runs down the street, stumbles over a crack and falls, landing in a heap on the ground…
Garcia: "It's so… Unlike us!"
Rossi: Everyone has secrets, but this is ridiculous!
Reid: "…And when they do…"
Morgan: How can we trust each other if we're all keeping secrets from each other, Hotch?
The hooded figure lifts the hood off her face…
Morgan: "You knew, all this time… And yet you never told us. Why?"
BlackOut
Ian Doyle: "Tell me! NOW!"
Reid: "…They will destroy you."
**Chorus of "Get Out Alive"**
Clyde Easter: Where do you want us to set up, Agent Hotchner?
A knife slides across Seaver's throat…
The hooded figure looks up to reveal Emily Prentiss….
Prentiss: You need me to find him. I can lead you to Doyle.
**Final Chorus of "Get Out Alive" (With Bridge)**
Reid throws himself at a wooden door. It bursts open and he stumbles out, dashing down a hallway…
Emily and Morgan crash into a house, guns drawn, yelling "FBI!"
Ian Doyle: Lauren. How nice to see you again.
Reid: Emily! NO! (Echos)
**Final notes of "Get Out Alive"**
Reid: "You came back. That matters more to me than leaving."
