My name is Lyle.
Actually, my name is Lyle Heart.
You see, I'm able to freely use my entire name now that the Yeerk invasion's over. The Animorphs fought hard for years to keep the Yeerk forces from taking complete control of our planet. Then, just over three years ago, the war between Yeerk and human became so intense, so deadly, that they had no choice but to make it public.
Throughout this interspecies war, many people died. Some of these people were good, some bad. I would just like to take a minute for all of us to remember a couple much-loved people. I believe that the most missed and grieved over people are the powerful yet caring Hork-Bajir warrior Jara Hamee, and Jake's cousin, the gorgeous, brave, fierce, friendly, caring Rachel.
Though the Yeerk invasion on Earth is over and H. sapiens are now living peacefully together with Andalites, the free Hork-Bajir, Gedds, and the nothlit Taxxons, not to mention other alien species, another battle still rages on in another space belonging to the Kelbrid, which nothing having to do with Andalites is permitted to enter.
The Kelbrid space is lightyears away from Earth, and only a handful of the ELA (Earth Liberation Army) are present there. They are: Jake Berenson, the leader of the group that used to be known as The Animorphs. Marco, the second-in-command type figure. Tobias, the red-tailed hawk. Menderash, the Andalite leader who chose to become a nothlit in human form. Sergeant Santorelli, a U.S. Army Ranger under Captain Berenson's full command. And last, but not least, there's Jeanne Gerard, the beautiful French Deuxième Bureau trainee, also under Captain Berenson's full command.
Together, these six allies hope to find and rescue Aximili-Esgarrouth- Isthill, an Andalite Prince, from the Blade ship, which is under the tretorous Efflit-One-Three-One-Eight's control in the Kelbrid space and return him back home to the planet we all know and love as Earth.
