Sweet Surrender:

Hannibal and his wife Clarice walked hand in hand on the long dirt road path. The sun was setting and the air began to chill. The trees and grass were the only things surrounding them, along with the strawberry color of the sun.
Clarice's long red hair began to blow in the wind, as she and Hannibal walked hand in hand. Her other hand over her now obviously, pregnant stomach. Hannibal's hand at his side, walking with reserve that you would come to expect.
She looked at him, and saw his content as they walked the dirt road that led back to their large mock-castle home.
Hannibal abruptly stopped and apeared to look out to the sunset. His eyes set on the horizon. Clarice took this as normal, and stood the other way, admiring the trees. Her large, renaissance style emerald dress began to flow in the wind, her hair blowing and complying to the winds every demand.
Her beauty raditated from her eyes.
Hannibal turned to look at his wife and the image before him took his breath away. His stunning Clarice soaked in the sunset, hair blowing behind her, and dress as well, she looked like a princess. He took that image and stored it in his Memory Palace for whenever he needed to see what real beauty was.
"My darling...you truly are lovely."
He walked up behind her and wrapped his arms around her stomach, and kissed her neck. She smiled to the trees and finally turned to face him.
"Are you happy here, with me Hannibal?"
"What brings on such a question my love?"
She sighes.
"Just...random thoughts."
"My dear, if I did not intend on spending my life with you, I would not have come back for you. I do not go out of my way to save FBI agents." he winked.
She laughed a little, "I'm just so worried...of anything. Of being found...of them finding us, taking you from me, and our baby."
He took her hand in his and put it on her stomach. He caressed her neck with his lips and whispered into her ear, "No one will take you or the child from me. It will not happen Clarice. Not in a thousand years."
She smiled and kissed him, "Well then, lets go home."
AN: Just a little thing to let you all see how she's getting used to the idea of never having to leave him. Kina corny and short, but hey, its there. So for all those who are tired of my kill them ending, here's one thats sweet, sort, and not too damn boring.
Hope you enjoyed.
