I'm woken by the sun in my eyes. I pull the sheets over my head and groan. I look at the clock. 7am. School time. I quickly get dressed in my favourite skinny jeans and red blouse. 'Alison!' I hear from downstairs. 'Coming mom!' I shout back. I traipse down the stairs half asleepand gulp downs cup of coffee. First of the morning. It makes me feel alert as awake. I grab my school bag and go to the door. 'I'll be back whenever mom' I say. 'Okay' she replies not even taking her head out of the paper. She doesn't even care whee I go or what I do. I slam the door behind me. As I get to the end I my street I see Aria , Emily and Spencer. 'Ali!' they shout simultaneously and run up to me. They're like lost puppies without me. I smile. I've taught them well. 'Hey guys' I reply 'where's Hanna?' 'Oh she's says she'll be in later. Dentist appointment ' Aria says.'Oh' I look at my watch.'its only 8am , do you guys wanna grab a coffee before school?' I ask. The girls immediately agree.
As we order our coffees, I hear a familiar voice. 'Alison DiLaurentis' it says. 'One and only' I reply whilst turning around. I see Noel Kahn and his jock friends sitting at the table next to ours. 'To what do I owe the pleasure?' I ask sarcastically. 'I was wondering if I'd see you guys at my party on Friday night' he says, not taking his eyes off me. 'I'll think about it' I tease with a wink. 'Cool' he says and gives me one last look up and down before leaving. I turn to see Aria , Emily and Spencer jumping around like idiots an smiling from ear to ear. 'Could you be any more nerdy guys' I say rolling my eyes. 'Ali we just got invited to Noel Kahns party!' Spencer says. 'Its just a party' I reply. I notice Aria is quiet. She has a thing for Noel. Always has. 'What's Erin Aria? I'm sure Noel wants a kiss from a certain girl with pink hair' I wink. She blushes like crazy. 'Ali stop!' 'c'mon sweetie don't tell me you weren't thinking it too' I say. 'Kinda' she says. We all laugh as we walk in the doors of Rosewood High.
