Soft Deceit

Innocence can let every emotion flash through the eyes of any individual, especially if you don't expect it. The eyes are the window to the soul, as they say, and it is a very true fact indeed. From the guiltless to the heartless, the eyes never hide anything.
Yugi's eyes were the soft amethyst stones you would see once or maybe twice in a lifetime. Heliotrope and vivid, he never thought of his eyes as beautiful. He sometimes wished they were a different color, like green, so the color wouldn't give away his emotion easily. He wanted his eyes to never show his true feelings, so he wouldn't be seen as weak. Just so he would be strong enough to face his fears.
Serenity's eyes were hazel – soft, vibrant, and ever-so-lovely, reflecting her personality perfectly. Full of life and emotion, honey was calming and in range between sadness and jubilance. Gazing into them made you feel at ease and never in tension at all. If there would be an actual intention of her very feelings, you would see it right away. The orbs of sight would be cleansed of any deceit when tears start dripping down on her face against her will.
Amethyst eyes and hazel eyes try with all their might to play tricks and create soft deceit, but it would be all for naught. The eyes are the windows of the soul.
