Warm Up Techniques
-Drabble-

She woke up; cold, annoyed and with a familiar sigh already escaping her. He'd done it again. Stolen all the blankets and cocooned himself in them until she had nothing but the jersey of his she was wearing to keep herself warm. She rolled her sleepy eyes and cuddled closer to him, whispering against his ear. "Don?" Her breath tickled his ear and her lips quirked as his nose twitched. "Don, wake up." His brow furrowed. "Please? I'm freezing."

"Lindsay..." he groaned.

She lifted a brow he couldn't see since his eyes were still closed. "Hey, don't get mad at me because you hog the blankets."

He licked his chapped lips and wiggled around until the blanket slid out from beneath his heavy body. He dragged her in close to his long, warm body and she sighed in relief, wrapping a cold arm around his waist, snorting as he hissed, jumping at the sudden contact of icy skin against his nicely heated bare stomach.

"Baby," she muttered.

"You were the one who woke me up because you were so damn cold," he replied through a yawn.

"We should get separate blankets," she said, resting her head on his shoulder and closing her eyes.

He scoffed, drawing her in nearer and burying his nose in her hair. "No way... I like warming you up."

She chuckled lightly. "Don't start anything you're too tired to finish, Flack."

"'m not too tired," he slurred sleepily.

"Mm hmm," she breathed, letting the warmth of his body and the blanket around them to lull her asleep. Maybe waking up cold was worth it and she could scrap the two blankets idea; she kind of liked how he solved the problem anyway.
