Author's Note: Clarry's "Absence" fic make me think of this (where she was talking about kids in the future). I had actually had a dream the night before I read it about the same thing, so here we go. And, they're not technically "mannies", it's just what James and Carlos have decided to call them until the kids get old enough to understand things. This takes place when the guys are like 25; BTR broke up when they were 23. James is a successful Pop Star, and Carlos is a stunt double.

"Daddy." Natalie said, standing at the side of Logan and James' bed.

"Daddy just got to sleep sweetie." Logan said, "Why don't I read you a story and then I'll have daddy come in and see you when he wakes up?"

"Ok Logie." Natalie grabbed Logan's hand and they went down to her room. She climbed into the bed, carefully to avoid messing up her hair (oh, yes, she's definitely James' daughter, Logan though with a smile) and letting Logan tuck her in; Logan grabbed a book and sat down on the bed beside her.

"…I'll love you forever, I'll like you for always. As long as I'm living, my baby you'll be…" Logan read, watching Natalie's eyes slip closed. He kept reading until he was sure she was asleep, and then went back to his and James' room, finding James awake.

"Couldn't sleep." James said. "Time zone changes suck."

"Yeah, I know." Logan said, thinking back to when they were in BTR. "I just got Nat back to sleep; why don't you try and rest too? I'm right here." Everyone fell back asleep.

Natalie came back in a few hours later. "Daddy." She said, tugging on James' sleeve.

"Hi babygirl." James said, picking her up.

"How was Paris?"

"It was fun. But I wanted you and Logie there."

"Really?"

"Yes, really. Hey, why don't we go to the park?"

"Ok. Logie, wake up." Natalie tapped Logan. "Park."

They were at the park when Natalie spotted one of her friends from Kindergarten. "Sophia!" The two girls started playing, and Sophia's parents came over to James and Logan.

"Holy crap. James? Logan?" Carlos asked.

"Carlos? Kendall?" Logan said.

"What are you doing here?" James asked. "We haven't seen you guys since BTR broke up. I figured Kendall had went back to Minnesota to go for his dream of playing for the Wild."

"Well, I had planned on it, but this crazy idiot here convinced me to stay." Kendall laughed. "But I love him, so it's all good."

"Hey, Sophia needs a manny when I have to work."

"What do you do?" James asked at the same time as Logan said, "You use the same term we do."

"Yes, and I'm a stunt double." Carlos said. "I miss Sophia so much when I'm gone."

"I miss Natalie a lot too when I'm on tour." James said. He and Carlos started talking; Kendall and Logan started their own conversation.

"Since the girls get along so well, I was thinking we could set up a playdate or something after school, so they won't feel alone, and be able to spend time with someone just other than us. Plus, we can catch up." Kendall said.

"Sounds good. Monday after school?" Logan asked.

"It's a plan."

Logan got out of his shower and heard James singing to Natalie. When James came into the room, Logan said, "You're so good with her for not ever wanting kids.

"Thanks. What can I say? Things change." They climbed into bed. "Goodnight Logan. I love you."

"Love you too."
