Just Vanish II

Just vanish.

All of my pain,

All of my sadness,

All of my fears,

All of my loneliness,

Just vanish.

Why won't they?

Just vanish.

Like a cold and lonely shadow,

Become one with the falling darkness.

All of my pain,

All of my sadness,

All of my fears,

All of my loneliness,

Disappear like a shadow into the darkness.

Why can't they?

Just vanish.

I feel this world slipping away

With all of its pain,

With all of its sadness,

With all of its fears,

With all of its loneliness.

It's purging itself of this sickening fate.

I cannot continue playing this foolish game.

But can I make it all…

Just vanish?

Just vanish.

This place is old and broken;

It's drenched in turmoil,

And I'm hurting too.

Will someone take all of my pain,

All of my sadness,

All of my fears,

All of my loneliness,

And make them just vanish?

But first I must find the means to love again.

Just vanish…

Black feathers,

A song of destiny,

Carried away by the raging wind.

This world is being ripped apart;

Dragons clash in the sky.

I want to make everything…

Just vanish.

Just vanish.

Everything is slipping away.

This is what I want,

But you won't see it through.

I want to find some peace

That will quiet this raging turmoil.

As long as you're alive,

All of the precious things

I've worked so hard to find can slip away.

Just vanish.

Like a fateful sunset

Setting below the horizon,

All of my pain,

All of my sadness,

All of my fears,

All of my loneliness,

Gone in the darkness of eternal night.

Just vanish.

Somehow in my pain

I managed to lose sight

Of what I held most dear.

Sword to sword we'll finish this charade

And scatter my broken dreams

Across wasted fields full of hatred.

Can all the hurt harbored by this broken planet

Just vanish?

Just vanish.

I have to leave this place,

I must return to the depths of my darkest nightmares.

I will never see the dawn of tomorrow,

And I will always be alone.

So don't worry anymore;

Everything's been put back to right.

I'm leaving with all of the world's pain;

Taking it far away.

"Goodbye," I whisper

As I feel myself

Just vanish.
