Nothing Seems Real

This was writen after a friend of my parents died. It was odd, I felt absolutly no sadness even though I had know this guy since I was very young. I guess I've finaly convinced myself that none of this is real. Please read this carfuly it's lines have many underlying currents

nothing seems real
the world seems faded

people die
the reactions are muted

can't they see its not real?
why should I react to the unreal

tasteless life has no force
it does not drive my emotions

wired seems real
cry for the storys

they always end happy
if not, chose another

it seems blank
empty of feeling

no outlines, no plot
to guide the world

wire me, to guide myself
accept the emptyness
