*Nicolas walks in*
Nicolas: Now heres a book I haven't read in awhile…perfect time to read it to.
Perenelle: To read what?
Nicolas: 'A Christmas Carol' *sits in chair*
(knock knock)
Jessica : Nick? John and Niccolo are at the door?
Nicolas: Well then tell them to come in.
Perenelle: *whispers*What?
Jessica: err, ok? *in lower tone* come in…
Niccolo: Well, really wasn't expecting that…
Nicolas: Why not (shrugs) I was just about to read "A Christmas Carol".
John: Oh how queer. *roles eyes*
Jessica: scrooge.
John: *glares*
Jessica:*squeak* O.o
Nicolas: now john don't scare the child. Jess, come sit up here with me.
Niccolo: (grabs candy cane ) *munch* This should be interesting.
Perenelle: *nods* shall we begin?
Nicolas: As soon as everyone's ready.
John: (sits on ground beside chair) * grunts, glares at Nick*
Perenelle: (leans on chair) * lays hand on Nick's shoulder*
*sigh*
Niccolo: (leans on left side of chair) * munches on candy cane*
Jessica: (leans head on Nick's left shoulder) *sigh*
Nicolas: Now where should we start…
John: how about the beginning…
Niccolo: ( throws candy cane at John's head) Shhh!
John: Owe! Fine.. *mumble*mumble*
Nicolas: *glares* Now…
Marley was dead: to begin with. There is no doubt whatever about that. The register of his burial was signed by the clergyman, the clerk, the undertaker, and the chief mourner. Scrooge signed it. And Scrooge's name was good upon 'Change, for anything he chose to put his hand to.
