With seven companions they left Imladris,
To Mordor and the Mountain of Doom.
The hopes of the world followed with them,
The fate of the earth in their hands.
To vanquish the powers of Sauron for good,
And wipe out all his hope of return.
To the land of shadow they wished to go,
