New Year's Day Battle: Rawk Hawk vs. Prince Mush
It's a beautiful day at the Glitz Pit where today is the first day of 2014 and everyone is cheering for this first match of the new year as the crowd cheered.
Just then, I came in to the ring with the microphone and said, "Happy New Year, everyone! Welcome to the Glitz Pit and what a better way to kick off 2014 with our very first match and today, it is champion versus champion!"
As I heard this, the crowd roared with excitement. Then I said, "So without further ado, it is time to meet our first two combatants for this opening match! First up, he is the Glitz Pit's original champion and he is Jolene's only brother. Ladies and gentlemen, let's give a warm welcome to the original champion... PRINCE MUSH!"
And then, the red doors open up and in steps Prince Mush with the crowd cheering. When he got there I said, "Happy 2014, Mush!"
"Thank you, Dragon Puncher!" Mush replied, "It's a real honor to be here today to ring in 2014 and I had a great party last night. I even saw the the famous Toad Town Star shining all across the kingdom at midnight."
"I see. So, what are some matches that you'll be looking forward to this year?" I asked him.
"A battle against you, Dragon!" Mush replied, "I want to see you face off against me in the ring."
I smiled at him and said, "Alright then, that is a good match for me to look forward to and thanks for stopping by."
"Anytime, Dragon!" Mush agreed.
Then I said, "And now, making his way to the ring is the second champion of this arena and he is known as the Feral Nuclear Reactor! Ladies and gentlemen, here he comes. The one and only... RAWK HAWK!"
Just then, the blue doors open up and Rawk Hawk made his way to the ring with the crowd cheering. Then I said, "Great to see you, Rawk!"
"Thank you for having me today." Rawk replied with a smile, "It's a real honor to be in this ring fighting a champion and I'll be glad to do that."
"I see. Well then, are you ready to battle?" I asked him.
"Let's do it, Dragon!" Rawk replied with a thumbs up.
I came to Prince Mush and said, "Mush, are you ready?"
"All set, Dragon!" Mush agreed.
Then I took out my whistle and said, "Then let the battle..."
Everyone held their breath and waited for the whistle. Both fighters took their positions and then, it's match time...

With the word shouted, I blew the whistle and then, both fighters began fighting. It is going to be a great match as 2014 officially begins with Prince Mush fighting against Rawk Hawk. Then I said to the readers, "Happy New Year, everyone!"
