This story is sort of a prequel to newbienovelistRD's story "A Fistful of Shards". It is mentioned in that story that Tetrax noticed Ghostfreak tickling Rachel. Well, this idea kept bugging me until I typed it. So, here is the tickle scene between Rachel and Ghostfreak. Ben 10 and all its aliens belong to Cartoon Network and Man of Action. I only own Rachel.
A Friendly, Ghostly Tickle
Rachel was walking home to school, humming to herself as she walked down the sidewalk, wishing for the day to be over so that she could go home.
Suddenly, she felt a cool breeze and something was tickling her sides. Giggling and squirming, she turned around to see who was behind her, but there was no one.
"Okay," she said. "Who's tickling me?"
"Who else?" asked a familiar voice as she felt the invisible hands now tickle her stomach. Rachel quickly broke away and ran into one of the dark alley ways and looked to see if the coast was clear. When she was certain, she turned.
"Ghostfreak," she whispered. She then heard him materialize behind her and she turned to see him behind her. "What's going on?" she asked him. "I'm trying to get to school."
"I know," he said. "But, can't I tickle you before you go?"
Rachel sighed. "No, Ghostfreak," she said. "I have to get to school."
She turned to go out. "I'll see you this afternoon," she said.
Suddenly, black and white striped tentacles grabbed her and pinned her to the wall behind her. "Hey!" she cried out. "Ghostfreak! Let go!"
"Rachel, please stop struggling," he said. She did. "Please? Just this once can I tickle you before you go to school?"
Rachel sighed and had a sudden idea. "If you can catch me before I get to the school, then yes, you may tickle me. If you don't catch me, I tickle you. Deal?" she asked, smirking at him as he thought about her offer.
"Alright," he said and let her go.
With that, Rachel ran off, laughing as Ghostfreak went invisible and chased her.
Rachel was almost to the school when she was tackled by Ghostfreak who used his tentacles to keep her from escaping as he then tickled her. Rachel laughed and squirmed, enjoying the playfulness of the moment as Ghostfreak joined her in laughing.
Suddenly, the two-minute bell rung and he stopped tickling her. She breathed deeply for a few moments before smiling at him. "Okay," she said. "Now I really have to go to school before I'm late."
Ghostfreak pulled her into a hug, which she returned. "I'll be heading home then," he said. "But be prepared. I'm going to tickle you some more," he teased, wiggling his fingers at her.
Smiling, she shook her head. "You're worse than Big Chill," she said. "See you at home."
With that, she ran for the school doors and Ghostfreak, headed back home, neither of them noticing a tall, dark figure watching them from afar before heading back up to his ship.
