Audience pov

The doctor lent against the railings, alone, silent and subdued in his majestic blue box which was flying threw time and space. He stood and look upon his console in the Tardis he slowly moved round observing every fine detail on it as if it was totally new to him he stared in to the screen but a sudden jolt knocked him off balance and he fell against the side "what was that" he pondered. He flung on his big long overcoat and stepped out of the Tardis he looked around he looked upon a blank plain I look as though the seasons and elements had gone wrong grass dashed everywhere and sand, rock, snow, leaves, water and wood everywhere this wasn't normal and this wasn't real he stood and stared placing his glasses to look deep in to the problem he knew what this was "no...No, No "something had him scared really scared.

He stood in front of the patch of grass and glared at what was in front of him he turned around to enter the Tardis and go but the doors locked, something strange was going on and the doctor knew what it was he pulled out his sonic screwdriver and pointed it at the blue wooden doors the screwdriver began buzzing the doctor tried to open the doors to get in but they wouldn't budge he through his coat to the ground and took out his key but even then the door wouldn't open it was like it knew what was out there and was too scared to open. The doctor panicked running his hands through his hair as though deep in thought. "Why" he thought to himself "why now". He turned took a deep breath and stared once more in to the blur above the grass. It was an anomaly, a pocket in time but it changed for whoever looked into it like a mirror but to the past and very rarely to the future. The doctor knew that the only way out was to pass through his own life and relive moments from a new view and conquer his fear otherwise he wouldn't be going anywhere but, what parts of his life he wasn't certain he took a step forward in to the anomaly to face what was behind.

Doctor's pov

I stepped through the time pocket and saw in front of me, me and rose sat in new, new earth staring out on the whole of new, new, new, new, new, new, new, new, new, new, new, new, new, new, new York one of the nicest sights I had ever seen the smell of the apple grass the sight of the town working so perfectly. I turned and peered around the back of the Tardis there was the spider thing that followed Cassandra but gaining back reality I had to find the next pocket otherwise I would end up staying here a ghost stuck I had to get out and end this I thought that id follow me and rose and see what went from there and admiring the back of my head (and becoming a bit paranoid about anything irregular) I set off to the cat nurse hospital.
