Still There For You

After losing his last real family member, Harry is reminded by Ron and Hermione that he still has family left, who care about him. OneShot - Hr/H/R – after OotP

I don't own the Harry Potter series or anything involved.

He was standing on the same court where professor Trelawny had almost been fired but now, he was there alone and it was raining heavily. Too much had happened for the sun to shine, plus, the rain was a prefect reflection of how he was feeling.

"Harry?" He turned around and saw Ron and Hermione standing in front of him.

"Are you guys okay?"

"We're fine." Ron anwered but they didn't look fine. Ron's lip was bleeding and he had a hint of a black eye. Hermione's cheek was bruised, her wrist was swollen, she had a lot of cuts and bruises on her arms and face and it looked like she had a hard time breathing, while Harry was physically fine.

Suddenly, Hermione hugged him so tight he had to take a step back.

"I'm so sorry, Harry." She said loud to get over the sound of the rain and Harry could tell she was crying. He didn't say anything but just held her tight.

"We all loved Sirius very much too, please don't forget that."

"I know." He was glad it was raining so they couldn't see his eyes were filling up with tears. Hermione let go of him and a bit to his surprise, Ron hugged him too.

"I'm sorry, man."

"Thanks." Harry answered when Ron let go of him. "I'm sorry you two got hurt because of me. And now, you're soaked too."

"You know we'd follow you anywhere, Harry." Hermione said.

"And if we end up getting a bit bruised, that's too bad but we honestly don't care." Ron added and they'd never know how much that meant to Harry, who looked down.

"It's all my fault, if I hadn't run off to the Ministry, you guys would be okay and Sirius would still be alive."

"That's not true. Please don't blame yourself." Hermione told him but he shook his head and kept looking down. "Hey, come on, look at me." Harry looked up and Hermione put her hand on his cheek.

"This is not your fault. Sirius wanted to come and fight to protect his godson, because that's how he was. He loved you very much and he rather wanted to risk his own life than yours." She cried, almost sobbing and he felt guilty so he took her hand.

"So please don't think it's your fault, Harry, because it's not and it's not fair to Sirius to think that."

Harry pulled her in a one-armed hug and kissed the top of her head. "I didn't mean to make you any more upset."

"You didn't." She assured him but she was still crying and now, it began to rain even harder. "I'm just glad you're okay, Harry."

"Yeah and we're here for you, man." Ron said, who'd been looking at them with sympathy.

"I love you guys, you know that?" Harry told them and Hermione smiled. "We love you too." And Ron nodded in agreement.

"Weasley, Potter, Miss Granger, get in here! It's practically storming out there!" They heard professor McGonagall yell and they hurried into the corridor.

"I'm sorry about your loss." She said to Harry, who nodded thankfully. "But I'm sure you know what's best for your friends right now and that is --"

"For them to go to the hospital wing and to get dried up. I know, Professor. Come on guys, let's go." He ended and McGonagall smiled as they walked away.

Yes, it's fluff but that can't hurt every once and a while. :)
If you want, let me know what you think.
