Chapter 1
I look at the school with hesitant eyes. what kind of fucked up name is sweet amoris? As I walk through the courtyard I notice a boy with cherry red hair sitting on a bench with his head phones plugged in. I slowly walk towards him wondering how he will react to my appearance. My hair is an unruly dark mess with curls that cascade all the way down to my back. I've thought about dying it to brown but I think the midnight black really brings out my icy blue eyes. I know my appearance doesn't really sound all that shocking but my eye's sometimes give people the creeps. When I was little they were a darker shade of blue as blue as the sea but as I got older they started to change to a lighter blue until they almost resembled frost in the winter. The worst part is when I'm mad they seem to do something strange that freak people out almost to the point where they avert there gaze. I stand in front of the red headed boy and shoot him a shy smile. He looks up, takes one of his earphones out but doesn't smile back. I find myself mesmerised with his eyes though upon first glance they look brown if u really look at them they look a stormy grey. He clears his throat and looks at me with a raised eye brow waiting for me to say something.
"hi, I'm Raven." I pause for a second before continuing.
"I was wondering if you know where the head teacher's office is. I'm new here."
There's a silence and I'm trying to think of a way to break it but he does it for me. sighing he stands up and motions for me to follow him.
"follow me but don't expect me to this often you're just lucky u caught me in a good mood."
He shoots me a flirtatious grin and I find myself grinning back. He walks me through the school and we make idle chit chat with each other.
"castiel!" we both turn around to see a boy with golden blonde hair and topaz eyes stride towards us with a look of utter disgust of his face. I look at the red head named castiel and notice a look of frustration in his eyes.
"what do you want Nathaniel?" castiel asks in a strained voice
"I was told to locate you because you need to head to the office immediately." Nathaniel voice sounds equally strained.
"sorry no can do I have to take this little girl somewhere." His answer is vague and I can tell he only did that to piss the blonde dude off.
They have a stare of for a few minutes before castiel rolls his eyes and crosses his arms.
"fine you can take her to where she needs to go, seeing as you are the student president."
castiel turns to me to give me a smirk
"by the way here we call it the principal's office." he winks and walks away.
I don't know why (well I do) but sweet amoris is staring is starting to grow in me.
