Before reading the fanfiction, please thoroughly read this message I am heading you.

THIS IS A REWRITTEN STORY, PLEASE UNDERSTAND THAT THE STORYLINE AND MOMENTS WILL BE EXACTLY AS THE LAST TIME IS, JUST THAT THIS IS A BETTER VERSION. There are many added moments that the old one didn't have though, same to continuous chapters too.

For those who supported me before: Even if I told you guys I am not rewriting my stories because it is my childhood, I thought about it a long time. Many of you guys asked if I will continue my other stories, and the answer is, yes, I will. But not all, I'm choosing few of them that had given many memories of my younger days here in fanfiction, as an author. That's why if you checked my profile, there are quite many deleted stories. I just don't have the heart to let my stories to be discontinues, considering you guys had given me many supports despite by poor writings back then XD

For new readers: Welcome! Please enjoy this story, and it is a rewritten story, but I hope you will like this one and join the family!

Now I can proudly say,

I AM BACK!

I researched many things about writings, reads lots of books and fanfictions, rewatching the anime of Fairy Tail to research all the characters more so it will be less OOC.

Okay, not literally back. There might be some hiatus moments, etc. Please understand I'm in high school now, preparing for my future by studying and not to mention I have my life to worry about here. The updates might not be quick, please understand. It might be faster than I intend it to be though, if you guys are still alive and give me signs of it XD

DISCLAIMER: I DO NOT OWN FAIRY TAIL IN ANY WAY!

Now let's head to the story without further ado…

It started as a normal day in Fairy Tail guild. Okay, there was nothing particularly normal in Fairy Tail, but it was the usual day. Brawling, throwing things, making commotions…

"Move away, flame brain!" Gray glared, his hands curled into a fist as he was ready to punch the daylight out of a certain pink haired mage.

"You're the one that is blocking my way, ice princess!"

"What did you just say?!"

They were both glaring, ready to initiate another brawl until two hands smacked their head. They were about to punch the person who smacked them, until they saw the scarlet hair.

"Stop fighting, you two!" Erza commanded, "If you are so insistent about this, then…" She warned in a dangerously low voice, her eyes were shadowing behind her bangs as dark aura is lurking around her.

It was an obvious, killing intent.

"A-Aye…"

Lucy sighed at their antics, decided to ignore the scene and acted as if she didn't know anything. The blonde decided it was better for her to search for the next job their team was going to do, it was her turn anyway.

"Wow, we get so many requests ever since we became the best guild in Fiore…" She said in awe. There were too many requests that the board was so filled, it was kind of hard to find the best one to choose out of many requests pinned on the board.

The other members of the guild were also busy enjoying their day. Mira and Kinana are serving people, Lisanna and Elfman seemed to be having fun conversing together, Juvia was hiding behind the pillar as she watched Gray's movement, the Raijinshuu has just came back from their last job, and then there is Mystogan…

Wait a minute.

"What are you doing here?" Erza, upon seeing the obviously not-Mystogan person, whispered, her eyebrows knitted together both in confusion and curiosity. "You don't need to disguise yourself, basically everyone knows who you are, and it stands out so stop it."

"I was called here by the master, and I can't just reveal my face in public, so I disguise myself. This seems to be the best disguise." He whispered back, now both he and Erza became a centre of attention.

Erza looked in confusion, Master is calling for him? Why?

Erza's thoughts snapped into reality soon as she felt a pat on her shoulder, "What are you two whispering about?" Lucy asked, her lips turned into a little smirk and Erza knew she couldn't dodge the question.

"I-It was nothing…" The scarlet haired lamely answered.

Lucy wasn't buying that, it was obvious. But before the blonde could say another word, Makarov, who suddenly stood on the balcony of second floor, shouted for everyone to hear.

"It seems everyone has gathered here."

All attentions were concentrating on the guild master, knowing that there are some explanations and announcement to make.

"Master, welcome back. How was the guild master meeting?" Mira asked as she smiled sweetly, breaking the silence.

Makarov looked down so he could face the silver haired woman, he grinned widely. "I'm back. Actually, in the meeting, the judges from the Grand Magic Games came in a sudden visit." He explained.

"The judge is? For what sake?" Lucy asked, her head titling to the side in confusion.

"Listen, for all my kids that participated in the Grand Magic Games!" Makarov raised his right hand, a sign that there was a need of attention.

"For all of my brats! All of you are obligated to participate on the Grand Magic's Last Event. Because we won the Grand Magic Games, all of the members who haven't married yet are required to enter. No complains of not wanting to enter, not even one of the participant is allowed to pass." He warned.

"Even if they are just a substitute… So then, even Cana and Elfman too?"

"W-Wait a minute, master!" Erza interrupted, "Jellal is in disguise, and wouldn't it cause a chaotic if he was to enter the last event?"

"Unfortunately, when I asked the judges to let Mystogan not to participate, they all told me it was a definite." He said, "We don't have many choices, so I guess we should let him disguise as Mystogan for one more day."

"It's okay, I'll be careful." Jellal assures the scarlet haired woman beside him, "After all, I also owe Fairy Tail for letting me infiltrate the game that time and find out about Zeref."

"What if they found out?" Erza asked consciously, still wasn't sure about the decision. It wasn't just the reputation of the guild in stake she was worried about, but it will also affect Jellal's freedom.

"I won't." He answered, his eyes softened as he understood what Erza was insecure about. She didn't need to say it out loud, he gets it.

Erza stared at him for a good second, knowing the man in front of her wouldn't give in. She sighed, "I guess we can't help it." She mumbled loud enough to be heard by Jellal.

Jellal smiled secretly inside the mask he was wearing.

For you to still be worrying about me… Thank you, Erza.

"We welcome you all to the Grand Magic Games once more time!" The host of the event said enthusiastically as the audience cheers in response. "In here, all the guilds that participated on this year's event have gathered! They will become friends with each other for today and be friendly. Annndddd, we're going to announce you the entire special event for this year!"

"Please, the ladies move to the left side of the stage and the guys to the right side." The host instructed. All the participants did as he said, and he grinned in appreciation. "Thank you so much for your corporation. Now,"

The host clicked his fingers, then there were red strings scattered all over the stage appeared in a blink of an eye. He must've used some invisibility spells to hide it before. "These are red strings of fate! It will connect you to who it decided the best pair of you out of all the participants here." He explained.

"Now, please all of you chose one string –just one, please- of all the strings' end on the stage. If you deliberately choose two of it, I am not taking responsibility of your regression." He warned, causing a little chill down the spine for most of the participants.

Everyone did as they were instructed to, but really, they cannot calculate who they will get from the string's appearance. All of them literally looked identical.

"Okay, it seems that all of you have chosen their string of fate!" The host grinned before clapping his hands. On one clap, the strings were untangled from their messy arrangements on the stage and it became straight. "Please partner up with the one in the end of the string."

Jellal? Erza widened her eyes as she saw who she had gotten.

"Since everyone seemed to have partnered up, please line up and take turns on tying your string to the lacrima we have prepared for this event. We will tell the theme after this is done, so let's be fast!" The audience cheered in keenness, wanting to discern the theme.

"What is up with that host? He's way too suspicious." Gajeel mumbled, his hand scratching his head in habit.

"Gray-sama and Juvia will go first!" Juvia said quickly as her excitement rising up. "For the string of fate to choose Juvia and Gray-sama to unite, this precisely, must be fate!" She squealed as she dreamily thought of the future between the two of them.

"H-Hey, there must be some kind of mistake here!" Gray complained, his face turned pale as he was now more than terrified to know the theme. He just knew it could get worse.

"The string's judgement is definite in the rule." The host curtly answered, "Please tie it together with your partner, so the lacrima can identify both of your DNA."

"DNA?" Gray asked, confused. "What is the use of that exactly?"

The host just shrugged, not wanting to reveal the theme. Unlike Gray, Juvia could care less about the theme; she was on cloud nine as she quickly tied the string together with Gray and then the string glows and then turned into… A little child?

"Huh?" Juvia blinked in haze, "Juvia's eyes must be playing trick, the string turned into a miniature of Gray-sama."

"Hey, MC, there's something wrong with this string!"

The host shook his head, "Actually, the exact opposite. It turned into just how it's supposed to be! This year's theme is… Parenting! Please do your best in the whole five hours to experience being parents for the child." He explained as the audience cheers in agreement.

"G-Gray-sama and Juvia are p-p-parents?" Juvia asked in bewilderment. "Gray-sama, we are meant to be! When will the wedding due?"

"We are not getting married!" Gray groaned as he face palmed himself.

This is going to be one hell of a nightmare.

Gray stared at the kid. It was a boy with the height of probably around five years old. He has the same hairstyle with Gray's, and the same Raven colour the man has. But his eyes are the exact replica of Juvia's, and his skin was a little pale just like the woman is.

"The lacrima detect the DNA the two of who tie the string on it, and then make a child to resemble them. Isn't it remarkable? Of course, it is only a project." The host explained with his microphone off, not wanting to leak the information to the audience. "All about how the lacrima works are still raw and unguaranteed. So this is also the beta before we are presenting it to public."

Then, the host put back his microphone, "I forgot to tell you, but the kids will also think of you two as their parents. So please have fun and act as how parents normally do. For the sake of the audience who are looking forward to this too!"

"THIS ISN'T FUN AT ALL!"

"Oi Luce, it seems kinda fun! We can play houses!" Natsu poked his partner's left cheek, grinning as he pointed at the lacrima.

"Why am I partnered with you?" Lucy sighed, "And it's Lucy for goodness sake!"

Natsu ignored the blonde's last remark as he widely smile, "It's not that bad, right? We're a team and you're my partner anyway from the start! Except this time we are partnering up without Happy, though."

"W-Well… You are right, but…" Lucy mumbled, not knowing how to complain about it. At least she was with Natsu, not with some stranger she wasn't even close with, or someone obsessed with her like Juvia to Gray does.

"Good!" Natsu said as he dragged the blonde towards the lacrima. "Now, let's tie it and see how a kid with our looks combined! The kid must look pretty badass." He said excitedly, causing the blonde smiled a bit at the childish expression.

The string was glowing just like how Juvia and Gray's for a few seconds, before it turned into a girl with straight, long pink hair. Her eyes are the big, brown chocolate orbs that Lucy owned but the pink hair was obviously inherited from Natsu.

"Nice to meet you two, papa and mama, my name is Nashi and I am fired up to be your daughter!" She fiercely introduced herself as she grinned, her toothy grin showing the personality Natsu has.

"Oh, I like you already!" Natsu exclaimed as he replied the little girl with the same, iconic grin.

Great, two of Natsu could only mean trouble for Lucy.

"Wait a minute…" Lucy narrowed her eyes towards the kid beside the girl called Nashi. It was boy with blonde, spiky hair and onyx orbs that resembles Natsu a lot. His figure is smaller than Nashi and so is his height. He must be younger, but not too far away from the age of his sister.

"My name is Luke, pleased to meet you." Lucy blinked at the difference between the introductions before. She chuckled; he must be shier and quieter than his older sister.

The blonde kneeled until they were eye level. "Nice to meet you, Luke." She cooed his name, smiling as she gave the child a welcoming handshake.

There were awes and squealing voices on the background sound of audiences at that moment, but then the host cleared his throat to gain attention. "There are possibilities the child will be twins or siblings, so just make sure to keep it in mind!"

As Natsu and Lucy are getting used taking care of the two children, Gajeel grunted in displeasure as he narrowed his eyes towards the short, blue haired girl. "Now I am forced to have a family with shrimp."

Levy's cheeks reddened at the statement, "What? Is it that bad to be with me?!" She huffed as she folded her arms.

Gajeel rolled his eyes, "I didn't say that." He said, his hand offered a red string in front of Levy's face. "Don't pout like that, shorty. Let's just tie this string up and see what we're going to get."

Levy still pouted, but did as he told her to. The red string glowed before it turned into two identical children. The first child is a boy with a dark, blue hair, combination between Levy's and Gajeel's hair. His eyes are sharp and intimidating as Gajeel's, but his skin tone was lighter than Gajeel.

Then the second one is a girl with a black hair, but with the same eyes and skin tone as Levy's. They both stared at their supposed to be parents, the boy wearing a scowl and the girl with a warm smile.

"My name is Lacy, and this is my older brother by fifteen minutes, Gale." The girl introduced herself and the boy beside her that was supposed to be her older brother. "We are both six years old!"

"You two are twins?" Levy asked in amazement as she leaned closer to the children, her twinkling eyes asked for more information about the two.

Gale scoffed at the proximity, "You're too close, mom. But yeah, we are twins."

"Hey, don't scoff at your mom." Gajeel scolded as he looked towards the boy, his tone wasn't as harsh as he usually would talk to, but still quite threatening.

Levy looked towards the black haired man, "Gajeel…" She said before sighing; already know that this is going to be a hard parenting.

Meanwhile, Erza and Jellal are standing face-to-face, the aura surrounding them are dark and gloomy. Both of them didn't start to say a word as they didn't know what to day to each other.

"D-Don't you think the aura around that place is kinda… Dark?" The thunder dragon slayer asked, watching the couple with an expression cannot be described.

"I don't know~" Mira sang, her smile was angelic but the tone in her sentence wasn't supporting it. Laxus shuddered a bit at the reply, deciding not to question anymore. "Let's just tie this string and see what we'd get."

Laxus nodded in agreement, the sooner the better anyway. Then as the string is tied to the lacrima, it changed into a silver haired girl, her hair tied into a ponytail.

"Nice to meet you two, I am Lami, and I am going to be your daughter for the five hours period of this event." She said in a rather adultery manner that a kid around her age shouldn't had done. Her mature side must be taken by Mira, Laxus noted.

Her physical appearance was rather like Mirajane when she was younger, in her rebel age. But Lami's clothing resembles Laxus's sense of fashion more. She wore a headphone resembling the one he has, and her scent wasn't a sweet vanilla like Mira has.

"Can you do magic?" Laxus asked as he smelt the faint scent of Mira's take over magic.

"Yes, I can. I've gotten mom's take over magic, but I'm still not that good at it. I can't do dragon slaying magic, but I can eat lightning." She explained, her smile resembling Mira's.

"Oh right, I forgot to tell you all that the children will have some magic inheritance from their parents. But they might only inherit one magic from the two parents, or the combination magic the both of you have." The host added, earning some complains from the participants but some good rejoinders too.

"This host forgot to explain too many things." Gray grumbled.

"I-It's such a coincidence, isn't it?" Erza was the first to break the silence, she smiled.

Jellal chuckled, "Yes it is." He shook the thought of their encounter at the second origin incident. "Do you want to tie the string now? I think we should hurry before the time runs out."

Erza nodded in agreement, "I think we should." She answered before they both walked towards the lacrima.

Then the string glowed after the two finished tying it, but what surprised Erza was the fact there are three children standing in front of them.

"Ohh! THREE CHILDREN! As expected from the Titania and Mystogan couple! Both are one of the strongest wizards in top no.1 guild in the whole Fiore!"

"So is Mira and Laxus couple!" Erza retorted, trying hard to hide the tint of pink colouring her cheeks.

Erza stared at the three children. The oldest one is a girl, maybe almost around a preteen age, but still a little younger than that.

"My name is Ellie, nice to meet mama and papa!" The girl grinned, "This is my younger siblings, Yume and Sousuke!"

"Sousuke and I are twins!" A purple haired little girl exclaimed while hugging a teddy bear. "Yume likes cute things, and strawberry cakes like mama does! Nice to meet papa and mama." The little girl gave a wide smile.

Erza eyed the three of them. Ellie had the blue colour of hair resembling Jellal's, but a little darker. Her eyes are rounder than Erza's, but has the same orbs colour and her long, flowing hair.

"She kind of reminds me of Wendy." Jellal exclaimed, earning a laugh from the child.

"Wendy-nee is so pretty; does that mean Ellie is pretty too?" Ellie's eyes twinkled in amazement and fascination.

Erza raised an eyebrow in confusion, "You know Wendy?" She asked, bewildered.

"Yup! We are your children, of course we know mama and papa's friends!"

"That's interesting." Jellal added, his slight nod receiving a grin from the oldest child. Then his head turned into the twins, "Who are the older one between you two?"

"Sousuke is, but he doesn't talk much." Yume pouted, "We are only five minutes apart though."

"You don't even add '-nii' after my name." Sousuke reminded, replied by a tongued out expression by Yume.

Yume had a middle-length, purple hair. Her hair was slightly wavier than her older sister's, but it still counted as a straight category. She has a pair of blue eyes and her skin tone was paler than her Ellie's.

A perfect contrast from her younger sister, Sousuke has a rather tanned skin tone. Not too tanned, but it was tanner than Erza's. It might resemble Jellal's skin tone better. He was a spitting image of Jellal, with the only red colour of hair differences and no tattoo on his face.

"Well then, this is only the beginning!" The host grinned, the audience roared in enthusiasm.
