This is the first ever poem I've written purely for recreational purposes. I decided in one of my English lessons that I wanted to do a poem on Akito, the deep and interesting character that he is. So here is my result.
I do not own Fruits Basket.
Belongings
Calm; collected
As he lounged there on the paper wall
Of his habitual sittings and musings
Content with not knowing
Content with not caring
Head moved
A noise; happy chatting
Footsteps were innocently patting
He could not let that happen now
Could he?
Eyes flicked
Over to the door, he was gone
In a flash, striding down the hallway
Soon he would make them pay
His smirk spread
Hand raised
He could see them there
Together
Anger boiled inside of him
Everyone belonged to him
Wrist snapped
The girl slammed into the door frame
Slowing down now
The anger had evaporated
Belonged to him they did
