Of One Person: a Taste of Forbidden Fruit side story

A/N: Hey ya'll. Its nwfairy here again. After many positive reviews of the Radek and Rodney pairing in ToFF and one very persuasive challenge by flubber, has lead to the creation of a new side story. Of One Person is a side story of ToFF, the after math to be specific. I hope ya'll will like it.

Disclaimer: I do not own Stargate Atlantis, Radek Zelenka, or Rodney McKay. But if I did… oh man the universe would spin backwards.

Radek sighed as he walked to the science labs from the med labs. He felt sorry for his friend, because even if Carson wasn't talking, Radek had a very good idea that it was dealing with one rogue Wraith man.

But Radek had to deal with another man that had currently locked him out of the lab. In a last ditch effort, Radek, tired of being locked out brought the one thing that McKay loved more than Physics and himself. A steaming hot plate of food.

Knocking on the door of his lab that was connected to McKay's, he braced himself. He knocked again; and again. He couldn't believe that he was being ignored, yet again.

After the return to Atlantis and the security checks, Rodney began to ignore Radek as soon as it wasn't necessary to be talking. This upset Radek to no end, he didn't understand what was wrong, and he had thought that their relationship had finally become something stolid. Apparently he was wrong.

"Rodney let me in! You are acting like a little child. And as second in command I demand that you let me in."

No response came from the other side of the door. Radek leaned against the door, pressing his head to the cool metal. "Will you let me in because I have been sleeping with you for a month?"

Silence.

Radek was getting impatient and frustrated. This is Rodney, Rodney. This was the man that saved the City more times that could count. This is the man that made his heart flutter. This is the man that if any one of his experiments became declassified, he would win a Noble for every year of his life. This is the man that could kiss him senseless. This was the man which could out snark a Wraith. This is the man that he, Radek Zelenka, is in love with.

And now Rodney was ignoring him. He was such a little man sometimes.

"Rodney, I have food. Will you please let me in?"

Radek heard shuffling from behind the door. "Food?"

Radek simile a little. "Yes, Rodney. Food." The door opened to his disheveled lover. McKay looked like a basset hound with his eyes bloodshot red from lack of sleep and far too much coffee. He was unclean, unshaven; his hair was matted to his head. He looked at the food and took his plate and shuffled back into his lab.

Radek followed him with his plate. The lab was a plain mess, papers scattered everywhere. He cleared himself a spot on a lab table and placed his food down.

"Is there a reason that you have been ignoring me for almost a week and a half?" He asked his lover. Rodney just shuffled his feet.

"Rodney, you must speak to me! What have I done to make you act this way?"

Rodney looked up at his lover with solemn eyes. "I-I-I…."

Radek tried to touch his cheek with the back of his hand, but Rodney moved away from it.

"I almost lost you…" Rodney said. Radek stood surprised, so this was it. Rodney was afraid that if Radek died he would lose it, so instead he forced himself away so he wouldn't have to feel the feelings that he had.

Radek stepped forward and wrapped his arms around his lover. "You didn't lose me beloved . I am here." He kissed the top of his head. Rodney started to sob against his chest. Radek cradled his lover in his arms.

" Silly, silly beloved. I am here, and I am not leaving Rodney."

"Really?" Rodney said into Radek's chest.

"Really."

Rodney looked up. "You're not allowed to go off world any more."

Radek laughed as he kissed his lover.
