A/N: Hey! This is just another from my note book of need to be posted work. it's a little piece after "Beyond the Sea", was it just me or did Mulder seem much more touchy feely in that episode? Please review and enjoy!
P.S. I would also love to have a list of 'Must Read Stories' so if you have written some or know of some Mulder/Scully stories that you think are really good, please either PM me or review this story and give me the title (author and site it could be found on would be very helpful). Thx!

I slid my hand over her arm and caressed her shoulder. I watched her struggle for a minute before I scooted over and patted the spot beside me.
"You need sleep." I encouraged.
She appraised me for a second, her eyes showed so many emotions I felt like I was watching a gambling hall slot machine as it rolled/ Her gorgeous blue-green orbs settled on something near admiration and sleep deprivation. She leant back, kicked her muscular legs over the rail, and slid her heels off. I distinctly heard them clunk on the ugly tile floor before she curled against my side. Her eyes were closed and her gentle breaths cleansed my cheek. She had worked so hard this week she needed rest. As did I, I decided and nestled my face in her red hair.
A/N: All done. So that was really short. But what do you think. Let me know.
