Time, trickling through the hourglass; slowly, mere fine sand

Seeping, through the tiny crevice, leisurely seeping away

What is gone shall never return, what is gone is gone

I, Time Guardian, Grandpa Clock

I
I
I

Time's Keeper of Key and Lock

Guardians of Time, clocks, harbingers of the dawn

The Heralds of Time, the clocks, signalers of new days

Time, a huge paradoxical realm, a whole new uncharted land

Time, a callous creature, leading men to their eventual demise

Yet, Time is a teacher, too, helping men experience life

Conflicting visions, a paradox, never meant to be

I, Servant of Thanatos

I
I
I

Leader of the Chronos

Foolish humans, these mere animals can never see

Those killers of holy Thanatos, creators of this endless strife

We, Time servants, soldiers of Thanatos, plotting to help him rise

Author's Note: Well, I feel that the hourglass shape does NOT even look like an hourglass at all. Hey, I tried. For Milloniare's Poetry Fanfic Challenge Part 4. It isn't good as it's about Time from a weird twisted view of Gramp Clock. Basically, the meaning of this poem:

TIME IS THE PWNZORZ

TIME TOTALLY PWNS

TIME RULEZ

I'M GC

I

GC I AM
DAMN HUMANS
HUMANS TOTALLY SUX

HUMANS ARE THE SUXXOR
