A.N Alright so this is some of the poetry that I have been Writing this is what I think Shinji is thinking as he is sitting under the stair in the second part of the original Evangelion Movie in the part called rebirth
It is during the attack on the base by the government.
I actually showed it to a teacher at school, she hasn't see the anime or anything, She Cried When She read It. She said she could actually feel the pain that was being addressed in it.
So anyways here is the poem don't blame me if you think it is lame But Tell me if it is any good you know I don't mind FLamers I want to see what you think.
DANGER
There is danger outside these Walls
I am the Pilot who 'saves lives'
But I sit here and I cry
I'm supposed to save everyone
But everyone hates me
So I sit here and I cry
And ask myself why
I hear the gunfire outside the door
Explosions rocking the floor
I'm scared of what's going on
But I'm supposed to save them all

Why do I do these things
Killing to save
Save people from the monsters
But there is really no one left to save
Just this PLACE has people
My Friends, GONE
My Mum, DEAD
My Father, abandoned me
My Life isn't worth Living
I sit here and I cry
I understand why
Now let them in to shoot me
I just want to die
I tire
Even though the Situation is DIRE
