Disclaimers: I do not own Undertale.
Prologue-Sin 1:The Irony
Among the dark ruins, a single yellow flower pops up.
"Howdy! I'm Flowey the flower!" Flowey gives a friendly wink.
"Yes I'm talking to you. The Face in front of the screen. Who else would I be talking to down here all alone?" Flowey smiles in amusement.
"You couldn't leave the game along couldn't you? No, you wanted the stories to go on forever." His smile begins to look menacing.
"You just wouldn't let go of the characters even when the game was over." By now, Flowey shows his sharp teeth as his mouth stretches into a wide grin.
"I don't blame you. We are pretty great. But to making us live in the same torment again and again even after the game is over. Stories you guys create continues on forever."
"They were to be free, living in happiness up in the surface even despite the world's reality, as long as they had each other, they would continue to be happy."
"But you wanted continuation, when none truly exist. "
"And not only you, so many more of you" Flowey's manic smile begins to fall and morphs into sad smile.
"So, they wrote their own tales, the possibilities and different alternate characters to satisfy their own ends."
"But of course, you still wanted more." Flowey glances sideway, lightly smiling but his eyes filled with disappointment.
"You asked the very creator of Undertale to make a sequel."
"But as the creator, it knew it would do no good to give you what you want and not what the character within the story, us, needs."
"Or, so, that's what we thought…"
Flowey begins to fizz out of existence as its' face for each scene of error melts Flowey's face. With each fizzlement, the Flowey comes closer and closer to the screen. Now, an face of Flowey has covered the screen entirely.
"Is that really what you really want?" Flowey says in a broken voice and he maddeningly laughs with a smile that stretches across his face, twisted.
The screen goes black.
Note: This story connects to the few mysteries within the game in which the game mentioned but never fully concluded. Sin I am mentioning is the theme of the chapter that will show either through the author (me) or the characters. Do keep in mind that this is not Frisk repeatedly dying, it is almost like a sequel of Undertale, hence Re: Undertale. Re can stand for repeat or another undertale adventure story that follows and can be interpreted either way.
