Hi guys, I know it's been a long time since my last story but it was so busy the last months with my graduation. I saw epsiode 3x21 and the episode was so awesome especially the last scene between this sweet couple. I really hope they come together again! I know it's just a oneshoot and not this good but it just came to my mind and it's my opinion of what Grace maybe thinks about all this. :) Hope you like it!
She hasn't expect something like this. Wayne was shy and sweet and a year ago he wouldn't have done something like that. The confrontation with his father had change him in a way.
She still could feel his lips on hers. So gentle and with so much love. She knew that it was hard for him, she wasn't dump. His gazes across the bullpen, his expressions in his eyes when Craig walked in-he looked just so heartbroken and she always felt guilty and sad for him and if she was honest, the feeling to go over and saying that she was still his girl was always there.
Now he said what she guessed all the time, he was still in love with her.
This was the story every women was hoping for- a guy who loves you forever and she got it and throw it away.
He said he wouldn't try to win her back but he did it already just with saying this sentence to her. And the sweet kiss made it even more hard for her to resist him. It brought everything back all the memories and all the feelings for him. But she couldn't turn Craig down, it wouldn't been fair for him and she loved this guy too in a way. The love wasn't so strong like the the love she had for Wayne but she was still there in a way. She was engaged and she wasn't the girl who would forget that and run back to her ex. She had to remeber herself that she wanted it in this way. She broke up, she ended the fairytale story and now she had to live with the consequences- a heartbroken men and herself who was happy with the second best. She wouldn't be so happy and not complete without Wayne, but she would try her best, she would have a good life like Wayne said. Not the best but still a good one.
She wouldn't see him on her weeding day, maybe that was the best thing for both of them. Not to face each other and not to commit that they both had wanted it in another way, so that it would be their weeding.
But netherless he would be still there on her wedding day, in her heart and when she would walk up the alley she would still picture him and not Craig.
I'm so happy about reviews so please leave some. :)
