Am I the only one that doesn't have a spell check when I go in and edit my uploadings? Anywho, I was watching Edge's retirement, again, and had to get this little floating thought out of my head to make some room for more story thoughts.

Why did it have to be him?

Rachelle Thantos couldn't help the shake that went through her body.

Her fiance, Adam "Edge" Copeland, was retiring. And he didn't even tell her.

The beautiful red head paced backstage, running her hands through her hair and taking deep breaths to calm her rage.

"Rachelle, do you want to go out there and say something?" She sharply turned her head to the person who asked the question, Jay Reso.

"If I go out there, I'll do something I'll regret later." She replied through clenched teeth.

Jay nodded his head, and left the irate Women's Champion's locker room.

"Fucker, couldn't have even told his damn fiance what was going on. No, she had to find out on national fucking television. Oh, his ass is so cut off!" Rachelle muttered under her breath.

Her pacing continued until the man causing her rage came through her locker room door.

"I'm sorry." He whispered, while walking toward the burgundy leather couch.

"You should have told me. I shouldn't have had to fucking wait to see it on television." She snapped, making Adam's eyes go wide.

He had never seen her this mad before, and he knew he was to blame.

"I know. I didn't know how to tell you that I had to retire. I thought you might leave me or something..." Adam explained to the red head.

He got up and wrapped his long tanned arms around her tiny waist, stopping her pacing.

"I would never leave you because you had to retire for your health. I'm not that shallow." She whispered, grabbing his hands with her own.

"I know. And that is one of the many reasons why I love you." Adam said, and kissed the left side of her neck.

"I love you, too." Rachelle replied, turning around and kissed him.

I tell you, this had to be the shortest thing I've ever written. Give me a little feedback on it. It stays as a one-shot though.
