Chapter 1
Arizona's Pov
The alarm startled Arizona out of her slumber. Carefully swinging her leg out of bed she reached for her other leg and slotted it on. Standing she stretched up wards and winced as she heard the popping in her back. Making her way through the apartment she noticed that there was toys all over the place. sighing she started to gather them up and place them back into the chest in the corner of the living room.
Finally reaching the kitchen Arizona stopped and stared at the sign in front of her. Callie was stood over the stove making what looked and smelled like pancakes an next to her on the counter playing with the teddy bear that she had brought her was Sofia. The 2 year old was of in her own little world and the sight made Arizona smile. Making her way into the kitchen Arizona sat down on one of the stools and simply watched.
Callie's Pov
"So would you like chocolate or jam on your pancakes?"
Callie knew that Arizona was sat behind her. She turned to face her blonde wife and smiled. Arizona's hair was sticking up in all directions and was slightly curly at the ends. Her top was crumpled and hanging off of her left shoulder.
"Chocolate please."
Turning back the stove Callie finished off the pancakes and placed them on the table. Reaching out she picked Sofia up and placed her into the high chair in between hers and Arizona's chair .
Arizona's pov
Breakfast was interesting. Sofia had some how managed to get chocolate everywhere and the work surface was covered. Pulling on some of he scrubs Arizona noticed that she only had 10 minutes until she had to be at the hospital. Walking out of the bedroom and into the living room she was met with the sight of her wife and daughter sat on the sofa waiting for her.
10 minutes later and the trio were walking through the doors of Grey Sloan Memorial Hospital. They dropped Sofia of at day care and then they went there separate ways.
