With Jen and Ruki leaving with their families, and Takato escorting Juri to Matsumoto, Hirokazu and Kenta parted ways as their parents told them where they would be relocating.

Kenta sat in the backseat, facing the window, watching as the scenery continued; there were less and less buildings around. His parents mentioned staying in Mushuku.

A pitched chirping broke him out of his daydream, he turned to his partner, who had a worried look on his face, "Pi pu~?"

Kenta shook his head, mindful of his father's gaze from the rear view mirror. He wanted to stay at home, but with the D-Reaper now in the Real World, and everyone in the city freaking out, it wasn't likely.

MarineAngemon curled up to his Tamer, rubbing against Kenta's cheek. The small Ultimate knew what his partner was thinking, and tried his best at comforting him.

Once they reached their new home, Kenta attached himself to the TV, watching it for any new improvements. MarineAngemon chirped away, and Kenta could only agree. As the days went on, Kenta felt the restless grow. Finally, after seeing Takato and the others fighting on the news, he couldn't take it anymore.

Kenta nodded at MarineAngemon, who only chirped in agreement, and they took off.

Hirokazu was annoyed. He should be out there, helping Takato and the others fight against the D-Reaper. He knew they would be. He wouldn't put it past Ruki at all.

Guardromon stood outside his window, watching the D-Reaper. His mother threw a fit when she found out he would be staying with the Shiota's in Matsuhara 4-chome. Try as she might, Guardromon wouldn't leave, and Hirokazu felt a small comfort in knowing his Digimon would be there if he needed him.

He heard his mother scream at Guardromon, but he didn't hear them. On the TV, news reports of D-Reaper and flashed by. Hirokazu balled up his fists. He wasn't doing any good here at home. What was the point of being a Tamer if he wasn't helping his friends?

Later, after his mother finished yelling at Guardromon, Hirokazu couldn't take it anymore. He climbed through the window, hopped on Guardromon, and they were off.
