I do NOT own PJO or any of the characters in this fanfic. Enjoy :)

"You are the single most annoying person I have ever met!"

"Annabeth wait" I yelled as I ran out of the big house chasing her down.

"Get away from me!"

"Annabeth just let me explain" I grabbed her wrist and she tried to pull away but I wouldn't let her

"There is nothing to explain Percy, you were at Calypso's island probably having the time of your life and left me here thinking you were dead! Do you know what you put me through! Then she started to tear up and run for the beach.

"Wise girl I'm sorry. I didn't mean to put you through that much pain. I know it must have been hard."

"Why did you come back? Weren't you happy with Calypso? "

"Yes I was happy with Calypso, she offered me immortality and I had the chance to stay with her for ever but you know what?" It was now or never. I was finally building up enough courage to tell Annabeth how I truly felt about her. I was going to tell her that I wanted to be more than just best friends.

"What?" she whimpered.

"I kept thinking about one person and I just couldn't leave her because I have fallen in love with her" I felt a smile creep up my face.

"Its Rachel isn't it, gods how could I of been so stupid."

"WHAT! No it's not Rachel, I barely even know her! What gave you that idea?"

"Oh I don't know Percy maybe its just the way you always talk about and hangout with her and the way you…"

"It's you"

"… always…. Wait what?"

" Its you wise girl! Its always been you! I love you Annabeth Chase!"

Before I even had time to process what I just said I felt warm lips pressed up against mine. It was the best feeling ever. Annabeth and I kissed for who knows how long until I heard the conch horn sound for dinner and we broke apart.

"I love you too Seaweed Brain!"

I have never been happier in my entire life. "So… does this mean that we are a 'thing' now?"

"What do you think Kelp Head" her gray eyes had a spark in them that I loved and a giant smile spread across her face.

"Well I will take that as a yes" I said with a smirk.

After that we walked a hand and hand to the pavilion with our fingers laced together. Annabeth Chase was finally mine.
