A Happy Cailey Valentines Day

Bailey's POV

14th February 2012 came around. All the students at Yale were wishing their partners a very happy valentines day except for one student, Bailey Pickett.

She sighed and look out the window of her dorm room, seeing everyone that are couples giving each other gifts. She wished she had her boyfriend here, but he couldn't. As she remember that day that he didn't get in.

I came across Cody's room on the SS Tipton, I keep on smiling that I got in, but I'm also wishing he got in as well, so I knocked on his cabin's door. I waited for a couple of seconds, and then he opened the door.

"Cody." I said.

"Bailey." he says back very sad.

"I am sorry, that I opened my letter from Yale without you." I said trying to sound calmly that he would be mad at me. But I was wrong when he answered back.

"It's ok, you must be so disappointed" he said still sad. I was like thinking maybe he also opened his letter too.

"You opened your letter from Yale without me too, it's ok, I forgive you."

I was going to flame them together until I took he letter and read it.

"Oh no." He didn't get in.

She still kept that memory in her mind, until she heard her name going through the intercom. She then got up and walked to the reception. The receptionist gave her a message to go to the park across the street and wait by the pond. As she was walking, she was wondering who would send her here, but she properly knows who did, but it would be a miracle if he came. As she reached the pond, she saw a picnic set laid out on the grass, with a note. But didn't notice some one was watching her. She picked it up and read.

Today Is the day that I'm coming to say...

She was the interrupted by her cell phone.

"hello." I said.

"HAPPY VALENTINES DAY BAILEY." I heard some shout from my phone, and then I laughed who said it.

"ah, thanks Cody." I said happily that atleast I got a happy valentines day.

"Can you do me a favour?" he asked me.

"Yea." I answered back still smiling.

"Turn around." And then I heard a beep, he must have hung up on me, so I did listen to him, so I turned around and got a surprised that made me have the biggest smile ever.

"Cody, What are you doing here." I said surprised.

"What do you think." He answered smiling.

"You set this up."

"Yea, I wanted to surprise you." He said.

I was defiantly surprised.

"I am surprised." I said.

As we sat down, we started talking about where he has been. After a good two hours, he ask me to go for a walk, so I agreed. He took the picnic things back to his car, and walked back to me. We started walking while holding hands. After an hour, we then sat down by a bench and relaxed a bit, I was leaning against his shoulder. We looked down at the pond, and saw two ducks with six ducklings, I smiled and sighed of happiness. We got up, he then ask me to walk with him to my dorm, so I did. As we got there, he kissed me goodbye, but has he departed I Grabbed he arm back, and I gave him the most passionate kiss I ever gave him for a thank you. He then left, and I opened my door. I then closed the door and leaned against it and slid down to the ground still smiling. I then said happily to myself.

"This was the best valentines day ever."
