"-AND 5 HOURS OF TRAINING IN THE DANGER ROOM!" Wolverine yelled angrily before leaving the room. The three girls he had been yelling at sat in three metal chairs in the center of the room. Two of the girls were unperturbed by Logan's outburst while the remaining one looked a bit shell shocked.

"Calm down Natasha, we've heard worse." One of the girls said while idly flicking a lighter every few moments.

Natasha glared at the two girls and said, "That doesn't help."

"Sorry! Don't bite my head off, Josephine just had to mess with the danger room settings while he was training…"

Josephine glared at the girl and said, "Don't y' try t' blame dis on moi, Pyra. Y' was right there with moi when I was messin with the controls." All three girls grumbled and looked away from each other. Then the door slid open and in came three boys.

"Look who decided t' grace us with his presence - mon frère." Josephine said sarcastically.

One of the boys rolled his green-on-black eyes and smirked at his younger sister. "Josephine, where are y' manners? I am the one who unlocked the door t' y' cell here, shouldn't I get a little thanks?"

"Never in a million years Etienne." She bitingly replied. He only smirked and green-on-black met red-on-white in an impromptu glaring contest. The others, used to the antics of the two siblings just ignored them.

"Sis, what have you been doing to Wolverine? I've never seen the man that angry in all my life."

"Nothing much Riley," Pyra said with a smirk, while idly making shapes with the small flame from the lighter. "Just helping him with his training…" While the last two just shared a smile, and listened to the others' conversations.

"Why are y' here, Et?" asked Josephine angrily, having lost the glaring contest.

"Normally I wouldn't have come, but Nick here wouldn't stop worryin bout y'." Etienne said while smirking at the boy next to Natasha. Nikolai glared at Etienne for a moment before sheepishly meeting Josephine's gaze. She looked at him for a moment then smiled.

"Thank y', it's nice t' know someone actually cares." Josephine said, while walking out of the room. Etienne merely rolled his eyes and followed her out of the make-shift-cell, which in actuality was just a roomy storage closet. They didn't get far before a voice called out to them, or rather one of them.

"Josephine Noire Lebeau, where do ya think you're goin?" Said a voice. Josephine froze then quickly made herself relax as she turned to face the owner of the voice.

"The rec. room, why are y' askin mère?"Josephine asked with a raised eyebrow.

"Uh huh." Her mother replied, unimpressed. "And Logan said you could go to the rec. room?" Thankfully Josephine was saved from answering by the arrival of another.

"Now cher," Said the newcomer, though as soon as he arrived Etienne and Josephine smiled in relief. "The fille, was just going t' the rec. room, oui? Dat wasn't against the rules last time I checked."

"Ya would know, wouldn't ya Swamp Rat." Rogue replied, amused. Gambit chuckled and put his arm around his wife.

"Bye mére, pére." Josephine said quickly, turning the corner at the end of the corridor. The others followed her, leaving the two adults alone.

"What did notre fille do dis time?" Remy questioned.

Rogue sighed and replied, "While Logan was training she turned up the Danger Room settings. It wasn't a high enough setting to be life threatening, but enough to make it a lot harder." Rogue counted down to from three in her head and as she reached one Gambit laughed. She herself smirked a bit, but she nonetheless elbowed him for it. "She's your daughter alright."

Still laughing, Remy said, "Dat's where y' wrong chere, she's more like y'. Even if y' won't admit it."
