Another out-of-the-blue story idea...

Yuya was sitting on his bed, leaning on the wall. He was reading a magazine that announced new cards. He was minding his own business, when suddenly someone decided to speak up. «Yuya.» The boy looked up from his magazine. «Yuya.» Yuya huffed. «What do you want, Yuto?»

. . .

The scene changed to a dark area, Yuya and Yuto standing before each other. Odd-Eyes and Dark Rebellion were floating next to their respective owner. «I can't believe it.» said the dark-colored teen. «What are you talking about?» «About the fact that you're into a relationship with Yuzu...» He said, trying not to think about what he saw in his memories. «...yet you don't have any intention to give her something for Valentine's Day.» Yuya widened his eyes. «Oh yeah, you're right! Tomorrow is that day!»

Yuto shook his head. «I repeat, I can't believe it. If I were Ruri's boyfriend, I would remember such occasions.» He looked at him. «Just buy her chocolate.» Yuya cupped his own chin. «Uhm, I don't know, it's incredibly cliché and predictable.» Yuto tilted his head in annoyance. It was such a pain to be confined in such a extravagant guy's brain.

Then, Yuya's face lit up in realization. Yuto stared at him for some seconds before looking at him shocked. «Please, tell me you're joking.» Yuya grinned. «Sorry, I must go!»

The Next Day

«Eh? Chocolate?» asked Yuzu surprised. She really didn't expected him to give her something today. This, plus the fact he apparently couldn't stop chuckling, made her slightly suspicious. However, he bought her favourite sweets brand, so she let her guard down. She moved to open the box.

Right when she removed the cover, a bunch of spring snakes sprang out scaring her to the point of making her shriek. Yuya lose it and started laughing his rear off.

«YUUUYAAA!» she screamed summoning her paperfan. Yuya continued laughing as he ran away, chased closely by a tsundere in "very tsun" mode.

Yuto facepalmed. «I told you it wasn't a good idea.»

Yuya hid behind a corner, snickering. «Yuya, where the hell are you?!» she shouted. Yuya crept behind her, and when she turned back, she barely had the time to hear him whisper "Right here", that he embraced her and kissed her deeply. The girl went wide-eyed and flushed from shock, then she close her eyes and steeped into the kiss, running her hands along his torso.

Deep in Yuya's mind, Yuto smiled. «Well, unexpectedly, this turned out good for you. I'm happy for your relationship.» He looked down, swearing that when all of this mess is cleared up, he will do something about his crush for Ruri.

After a bit, Yuya pulled back, chuckling and flushing. «...well, do you liked my surprise?» he whispered tenderly, thumbing her cheek. Yuzu huffed, leaning closer on him. «You're really an idiot.» she mumbled. «And you always make me mad.» Yuya smirked and pecked her on the lips. «But I know that's why you love me. Hey, I was thinking... would you go with this evening's school dance with me?» Yuzu smiled brightly. «I would be glad to.» The two looked at each other, before Yuzu grabbed his face and made out with him again.
