A/N: So this is very short. It's my first one-shot so I hope you like it.

Thanks for reading! And review!

Disclaimer: I don't own Percy Jackson and the Olympians or the Heroes of Olympus series.

Annabeth groaned when she heard the rumbling of thunder, and the rain just had to start dropping. She didn't have an umbrella, her car, or any money to get anywhere. Of course she had brought her phone but it had ran out of battery the past hour.

When would he get here?

She had been waiting there for the past three hours. And it was really shitty. Luke had told her not to bring any money because he'd pay, and Piper had dropped her off. Annabeth had expected Luke to be there already since he said to meet him by the Movie Theater at five o'clock sharp. She came at five o'clock sharp, but he wasn't there.

It was already eight and her neck hurt like hell from looking down at her phone and biting her nails. The Movie Theater was still open, so she had thought that he would come. But that was false hope.

When that son of a bit-

"Are you okay?" That interrupted her thought. Who would ask her if she was okay? This had been the shittiest day of her life!

Annabeth swiveled her head to look at the guy who was, now, sitting next to her on the bench and- Oh, god, this boy is seriously hot.

"Um…" was the only response she could make without stuttering. He was wearing leather jacket and had black jeans on with a beanie. But when she looked him in the eye, she seriously couldn't take it. He had sea green eyes that seemed to look through your soul.

He chuckled.

"I'm Percy," Percy introduced.

"A-Annabeth."

Annabeth could swear that she looked like a complete idiot. It was snowing, and raining, and he had the decency to check the weather and bring an umbrella.

"So, what are you doing?" Percy questioned.

"I dunno, waiting for my date, he said he'd be here three hours ago," Annabeth answered. Okay, she was seriously embarrassed now. What was she going to say when he-

"You got stood up."

"No I did not!" Annabeth protested. She was sure she wasn't being stood up. Luke was really sweet, sure he could be seen punching some kid at the-

Oh.

"Worst, three hours, of my life," Annabeth groaned face palming.

"I can change that," Percy said. Was this guy serious? She was already soaked and it was frickin' snowing.

She raised her eyebrow.

"Are you serious?" Annabeth asked.

"Yeah, of course I am," Percy responded.

Annabeth looked at him, to make sure he didn't have a mental problem.

"I can take you to watch a movie," Percy said. Annabeth looked at him seriously then.

"Are you asking me out on a date? At this hour?" Annabeth was pissed, why couldn't he have passed the movie theater earlier?

"Yeah, you seem to be-" Percy started.

Annabeth jumped up from where she was sitting and hugged him.

"I'm only going to watch the movie you're taking me unless you drive me home," Annabeth said.

"Sure I'll drive you home."

That comment made Annabeth grin. And of course they did watch a movie and Percy did drive her home. She happened to get his number and a friendship started, that in the future turned into something more.

Hope you liked it!
