the story begins in mega kat city when Dark Kat Dr Viper and Quacker Jack were sick of being defeated by the Swat Kats so the villains teamed up to Captured the Swat Kats and Deputy mayor all in one to conquer the world the villains had kat napped T bone and Razor and tied them up to a chair so that they can not escape just as Dark Kat Dr Viper and Quacker Jack were about to capture Ms Briggs Darkwing Duck showed up with Gizmoduck Steggmutt Morgana and Neptunia and badly damadged Dr Viper Dark Kat And Quacker Jack forcing them to retreat empty handed Miss Briggs was crying because the Swat Kats were captured by the villains so they went after the villains in the Thunder Quack and crashed into the building when Darkwing Duck appeared with Miss Briggs and punched Dark Kat Dr Viper and Quacker Jack and threw them in a cage so the police willarrest them and sectenced them to 99 years in Jail the swat Kats thanked Darkwing Duck and the Justice ducks and they left '
