Death
Jordan was on the outskirts of Route 217. After receiving a call from May's brother, Brendan, Jordan was running as fast as he could. As he entered Snowpoint City, he ran a lot faster, actually smashing through the hospital doors. He then skidded through the corridors in the hospital, until he crashed into Brendan.
"Where... is... May?" Jordan panted as he stood up.
"Along the corridor, third door on the le-" Brendan then replied, but Jordan had already dashed into the room.
As Jordan entered the room, he looked at the crowd of people surrounding May: Norman, May's mother, and Emily.
"What... happened?" Jordan panted.
"M-M-May's in..." May's mother then sobbed, "She was buried in snow after being knocked out, and... she's suffering from hypothermia."
Jordan then just fell to his knees, tears falling from his eyes. "S-so... What's gonna happen to her?" he asked.
Nurse joy then walked into the room, looking quite worried. "Well..." She said, "Unless she wakes up from her coma in a few minutes... she'll die".
Jordan then looked at Nurse Joy, sadder than he'd ever been. Then, everyone in the room froze to a single sound: a very quiet and week gasp. It came from May's bed. May had woken up, but hadn't opened her eyes all the way. Then, he dashed to May's bed, fast enough to actually blow the papers out of Nurse Joy's hands. He stood next to May's bed, and cradled her in his arms.
"J-Jordan...?" May then whispered, seemingly only noticing him.
"I-I'm here, May" Jordan then said, glad that May had woken up. Then, he pulled her towards her, into an embrace.
"Y-you stood by me..." she whispered into his ear, using what little strength he had.
"That's right, May" Jordan sobbed, "I-I did."
"I-I-I" May then stuttered, feeling that she wasn't going to last any longer.
"You what, May?" Jordan then asked.
"I-I-I love you..." May then whispered. Her eyes then closed, for the last time. Then, May's body went cold.
"No..." Jordan then whispered, "No, no, no... NNNNNOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO!!!!!!!" Jordan then shouted, his heart broken like glass.
